I have noticed something.  When a girl dresses modestly, boys respect them more than girls that dress imodest.

Correct,  I think I can speak for most men when I say I find it very difficult to think of woman who dresses as a 'loose woman', as anything other than a 'loose woman', even if she may be very sweet and innocent in reality.  It is hard for men not to 'judge a book by its cover' as the old saying goes.
