    • I was hoping for today.  I'll settle for tomorrow.

    However, if this dithering is being caused by the pro-life justices, every day the lives of the unborn are at risk in states where "trigger laws" will go into effect as soon as the decision comes down, and such dithering makes them no better than those who dragged their feet at Uvalde (according to MSM accounts), or those parents who accidentally leave their children in hot cars in the summer to die.

    They need to get on the stick.

    • The end of the SCOTUS term is coming soon, so it's not entirely crazy to think that this could happen. The decision has to come eventually.
