Is it just me or people driving like maniacs these days?

How many times have you attempted to merge on or off the highway driving the normal speed and keeping up with the flow of traffic and some clown comes barreling up on your rear end out of nowhere blowing his horn or flipping you off like a madmen because you might have caused him a split second of him breaking the sound-barrier and getting to his destination a micro-second late?

Or if God-forbid you get one of them stale yellow lights and you get through the intersection just a tad before he attempts to rear-end you for daring not to slam on the brakes and kiss the windshield so you get the red light.

And what's with all the angry females these days? I never seen so many brazen young women acting out some kind of rage in their vehicles against you when you know damn well if I was walking down the street next to them they wouldn't think of carrying on and talking to me like they do in the comfortable surrounding and protection of a two thousand pound machine on wheels that they can get the hell out of their fast. I think some of these clueless bimbos watch too much TV and movies and actually believe they're going to kick a grown man's butt like some overpaid actress acts out with the help of willing stunt men on the set.

People in moving vehicles today live in a dream world with no consideration for the next person and would kill you given half the chance for obstructing their world for a second. I have seen men act like overgrown children venting and raging at defenseless mothers and grandmas over the slightest infraction on the roadways and intersections.

To me, these road-rage clowns are nothing but homegrown terrorists who need to be dealt with like any other violent aggressive criminal to the fullest extent of the law and public flogging if achievable.

Road-rage should be a social outrage with no tolerance for it whatsoever.

always see them on jeep-brand suvs never actual jeeps

But we've been known for this for years, but I've seen some real jump in the aggression say the last five or so years.

I'm just really losing any kind of hope for the human instinct lately.

I really can't stand hearing people are basically "good" in general.

You know what, people really suck in general, that's the sad part.

If people were generally "good" Jesus wasted his time coming down here to begin with and we wouldn't need redemption to have a shadow of a chance of eternal life.

The older I get, I really wonder why an almighty and righteous God would've gone out of his way like he did to save that decrepit monstrosity called "humanity".

I just don't get it sometimes.

People are crazy drivers here. I refuse to ride a bike because so many drivers think the bike lane is another lane for them. I think that people drive the way they think, and in this modern age, people are selfish and self-centered, they think the world revolves around them and God forbid anyone get in their way.

It's good to pray the Rosary, but it's also a good idea to be well armed. Somebody that goes into a foaming at the mouth rage because you dared to drive the speed limit is mentally deranged, you can never know what they might do next. Most of the time they do nothing to speak of, but there have been times when I was grateful to have my revolver & carbine, as a violent attack seemed imminent. Thankfully nothing happened after all, but as the rotting carcass of modern society disintegrates further, it might well become so dangerous that being armed to the teeth at all times will become as necessary for survival as food & water.
