I don't know of an actual retreat house which is open yet (there will be in the next 6 months or so), but the Avrille Dominicans are giving retreats in the Northeast US in late Oct / early Nov.

I would imagine that the other Trad groups like CMRI give retreats ... have you checked their website?

Yes, CMRI did give a women's retreat this summer 8/7-15. I'll keep them in mind for next summer.
