  • Recalling Notre Dame: Bishop Explains Decision to Boycott Obama

  • ND has not been"Catholic" in 40+ yrs-see E.Michael Jones' writings on this......so it is a non-issue for me.......no different than the local State school........protest on principle of Obama's views, fine....but not like it is a hard-core Catholic school........some have been angry that B16 met with Obama, but is not conversion the goal of the priest? Did Christ not talk to sinners and saints alike? Roman and Jєω? Lets pray that the HS and B16 may have had an impact on Obama......but as far as Notre Dame, it is a non-issue for me, might as well ignore it, then add fuel to the fire...........With demons, soemtimes confrontation is useless, best t oignore them (like story of St. Theresa Avial I read-devil was hovering over he bed, she turned around said "oh its just you" and rolled back over to sleep)......
Proud "European American" and prouder, still, Catholic
