Title: Ready for short Advent?
Post by: Matthew on November 26, 2023, 01:43:52 PM
Ready for the SHORTEST ADVENT POSSIBLE this year?
Advent doesn't start till several days into December!
The 4th Sunday of Advent is literally Christmas Eve!

Advent is going to be too short this year -- a lot of good things to meditate upon, and great songs to listen to.

Then only three candles on the wreath? Which one gets omitted? ::)
OK, not the most important thing, but someone's wee bairn is going to want an answer! :cowboy:

[Edit PS - Looks like a Lutheran thing originally, do folks here use Advent wreaths? Not something I'm familiar with. A presepio (https://www.sacredarchitecture.org/articles/a_roman_christmas_ritual_micro_architecture_and_the_theatre_of_the_presepio/), now we're talking.]
