Question - I heard about priest scandals

  • Someone asked me about something he read on the Internet, and mentioned at the end "a pedo scandal regarding a local (novus ordo) priest".

    As for the pedo scandal --

    I don't know what you know about the post-Vatican II church, but there ARE a lot of ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs (who seek base pleasure already -- moving to boys isn't that big of a move for them) in the Novus Ordo clergy. When they "opened up to the Modern world" (moved by the "spirit of Vatican II") in the 70's they adopted all the modern world's problems as well.

    Many seminaries have ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs at the very top -- and they actually persecute the good men trying to become priests! Naturally, a lot of priests who emerge are homo. At some seminaries (the ones thoroughly taken over), the percentage is in the 90's.

    Just another reason to avoid the Novus Ordo/Conciliar Church like the plague. It's rotten. Whether or not Pope Bergoglio is the Pope, it makes no difference.

    I hope this helps.

  • There's a very good book on this problem that I guess some may not have heard of:

    Goodbye, Good Men

    It details many representative cases where heterosɛҳuąƖ candidates for the NO priesthood were pushed out of seminary by the homos.

    At one point, when I was living in San Antonio, we got a new Bishop (Jose Gomez) and he undertook to try to do something about the diocesan seminary (which had been known by all the gαy nicknames, like 'Pink Palace') and I will never forget his statement about the reforms he made in the first few months:

    "I instituted prayer and the Mass at the seminary."

    That says a lot.

    Eventually he went to LA and a new Bishop came in and I hear that any gains have been undone.  Oh well.  Not my problem.

  • I see a lot about priest scandals and we are right to be outraged when our trust has been violated. However how often and loudly have we been in announcing it when some one was the victim of a false accusation?

  • Fr. gets right to the point on homo's in the seminaries - the video is under 4 minutes.

    . Can U be specific with some particular priest who has been libeled in this way?
    There Is No Such Thing As 'Sede Vacantism'...
    nor is there such thing as a 'Feeneyite' or 'Feeneyism'

  •  :dancing-banana:
    I know of one case in the late 1990s.   There was a Fr. John in Salisbury, MD accused by a man in his mid-twenties of having molested him when a student at a regional Catholic school.   The case came to nothing as it was easily proven Fr. John was studying in Rome at the time of the alleged misdeeds, and taught at the school only after the man graduated.  Sorry, I don't know Fr. John's last name, and my parents don't remember it.  I believe the parish is St. Francis de Sales.
     St. Francis Xavier threw a Crucifix into the sea, at once calming the waves.  Upon reaching the shore, the Crucifix was returned to him by a crab with a curious cross pattern on its shell.

    The chief witness "victim" for the prosecutor had serious credibility issues.

  • From the testimony of Gloria Polo;

     To what point did I arrive in degrading my relationship with God! I left my soul without nourishment, and as if that were not enough, the only thing I did was to criticize the priests. If you knew, brothers, how bad I felt about this, before Jesus! The Lord showed me how my soul was reduced due to all these criticisms. Beyond everything else, consider the fact that I declared a priest to be ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ, and the whole Community came to know this… You cannot imagine the evil that I did to that priest! No, you cannot imagine it! I cannot tell you about it, because it would be too long. I tell you only that, one word only, has the power to kill and destroy souls. Now I saw all the evil that I had done! My shame was so great, that there are no words to describe it! Can I only beg you to not do the same: do not criticize! Pray! I saw that the gravest faults which stained my soul, and that drew more curses in my life, was to speak evil about the priests!

  • More from Gloria Polo on priest scandals;

    Our Lord said to me almost shouting: “Who did you think you are, to make yourself god and judge my consecrated ones?! They are of flesh, and the sanctity is to them given for the benefit of the communities in which I put there as a gift. And the communities have the obligation to pray for him, to love him and to support him”. Might you know, brothers, that, when a priest falls, it will be the community to respond regarding his sanctity. The devil hates Catholics, immensely more the priests. He hates our Church, because where there is a priest who consecrates…

    http://testimony-polo.blogspot.com/

    How much time have you spent praying for the priests in your community?

    Who is gloria polo? Her writings seem to be garbage to me. If a priest is a queer he should be ousted, plain and simple. No more of this esoteric theological perfectionism when the situation calls for the pitchfork in the back side. There are fαɢs at my local NO church. They have no right to wear the collar.
