Yeah i whould be really gratefull if someone could teach me about sin of gluttony since i many many times had trouble with it i do my best to keep it under control even so sometimes it comes yet its
good that i can talk with parents about it that way it helps how much is enough yet i learned this as well how gluttony is way more that just what we tough if we read about St. Thomas Aquinas
Explained reasons that for example we can sin when we eat when we are not houngry not just when eating to execisve way but something bothers me here please help me
How much is really to much what i might think but its diffrend lets say you eat for lunch Chiken and potato with salad that s basic thing usally in home and drink on end yet i learned if we are not carefull here we can over eat so where here we can be carefull?
next question
Afther we eat lunch and wait for some time that food is proccesed etc then want to eat something we can enjoy eating chocolate or some desert candy if not houngry or this is bad?
another thing about eating what confuses me
Lets say this when we start eating how much is really to much?
lets say for easter you have eggs salami cheese onion etc what we usally eat and here what really whould be over using with sandwiches while we eat?
I whould be really gratefull if someone knows about this issue

(Also we have to be carefull to not waste the food what was left do we eat it enyways is there way when its not sin to overeat because to not waste)

It's hard to define glutton because what is gluttony for an elderly person is a snack for a teenage boy.

I don’t think it’s possible to answer in a definite way how much food is too much food like for anyone...
But you have to ask yourself if you’re stuffing to excess or if you’re just eating what you need to feel satisfied

You're massively over-thinking this. If you don't feel sick after you finished eating, you probably haven't committed gluttony. If you are becoming or have become obese without that, then you might be habitually committing some venial form of gluttony, and I'd suggest you decrease your portion sizes or cut out sweets, etc. until you get a healthier weight.
This nonsense of "did I eat one salami slice too much? Have I just commited gluttony?!" is over scrupulous nonsense. You'll be well aware you're committing gluttony when you do it - when you ram down extra dessert when you already feel completely full, etc. It's not something you commit by accident like "hmm, might've been alright with one less potato".

Here are a couple of sermons on gluttony from traditional Catholic clergy:
