Hello greetings everyone i have an question about fighting video games

Well yeah something bothered me for awhile about fighting video games i mean i do like these games  as a child i played many of them for example tekken destrega dragon ball z and naruto etc...

Yet unitil some time passed while growing up unitil i repented when i started praying more and then afther some time i found about this site  http://www.catholic-saints.net/spiritual/

Which actually confused me because it explains that playing fighting video games is bad because we hit people here and in bible says we should not hit people back if they hit us turn the other cheek this is what confuses me also on this site i found another topic about it to yet i whould like to know what you think here to clear this confusion that i can understand is it okay to play fighting video games or not?

I whould like to mention that fighting games sometimes made me agressive that i whould yell when getting game over i mean i admit its hard and stuff moustly tekken etc then i rage and i know that this can become bad for my faith yet sometimes i control my self sometimes not yet this doesnt make me to hit someone i behave with proper manners otherwise then adrenaline starts when start loosing <<

Maybe someone will understand i am talking about yet when i play game just withoud clearing story mode etc then i am acting normal nothing bothers me and there s no problem i keep my self under control then

And extra many times i read how video games is just a game and how its nothing sinfull since its pixels yet there s topics how game can Desensitize that s why i whould like to know is it really just a game because we use controler and press the button and control choice of characters what they do

It would be more pleasing to God if you were to actually practice the fighting in real life instead of simulating it on screen. Find a martial arts school of some kind and get your ass kicked, then you'll learn to do it in turn.  If it is within your means, buy a pistol and learn how to use it and practice shooting it.  God did say turn the other cheek, but He also said " Let him who hath not a sword sell his cloak and buy one." .
