I help maintain a Facebook and twitter account. Pertinent information goes out but it merely compliments pamphlets and promoting books. Our humble network hasn't the resources of groups like Family and Life or Youth Defence but will do our best to get a message out each month.
I have a few projects on but one leaflet will be about creationism, genesis. Other leaflets will feature information about economics and politics based on the social teachings. 2017 being the 100th anniversary of Fatima so certainly this must be promoted. The rosary.
I wouldn't be in a financial position to 'pour' thousands of euro on Facebook. I would prefer to get people away from Facebook and back to the old fashioned means of propagating the faith.
Those organising need to keep in mind the schools in Ireland are Catholic in name only. From time to time you hear of teachers taking a stance but they never appear to get to the root of the crisis.
I do hope Family and Life can be supported. There is certainly a battle. In these 'Catholic' schools there are still some young Catholics. We need to support them.
The enemies of the faith take delight in bankrupting Catholics and patriotic groups. This would demoralise people and cause the people to scatter.
