Prayers for Thomas Naegle ("What Catholics Believe")

  • A friend of mine just told me that Thomas Naegle (co-host of Fr. Jenkins' "What Catholics Believe") had a baby 4-5 days ago, which then died a couple days ago.

Obviously, that is terrible, but as a silver lining, the baby was able to receive baptism before it died (Deo gratias!).

If any are disposed to pray, I'm sure he and his wife are devastated, and could use the spiritual help.
Rom 5: 20 - "But where sin increased, grace abounded all the more."

  • Poor Tom, prayers incoming
"Be not therefore solicitous for tomorrow; for the morrow will be solicitous for itself. Sufficient for the day is the evil thereof." [Matt. 6:34]

"In all thy works remember thy last end, and thou shalt never sin." [Ecclus. 7:40]

"A holy man continueth in wisdom as the sun: but a fool is changed as the moon." [Ecclus. 27:12]

We had the same fear, that our son wouldn't live during the first two or three days.  Thankfully it turned out to be nothing.  14 years old, can wolf down a whole pizza some evenings, and strong as an ox (a tall, lanky, skinny ox, but still pretty strong).

But at least this poor baby's salvation was assured.

Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Our Lord Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor but a destroyer."  St. Francis of Assisi

    Seriously?

A young man of obvious virtue putting on a coat and tie every week and putting himself out there to spread the faith to people everywhere.

A young man who with his wife is open to life and raising a large family of very young children and has just recently lost the life of his baby.

How rare is this in our day?

And all you can say is this crappy remark!

    Pathetic.

Remove the plank from your own eye.
I exposed AB Vigano's public meetings with Crowleyan Satanist Dugin so I ask protection on myself family friends priest, under the Blood of Jesus Christ and mantle of the Blessed Virgin Mary! If harm comes to any of us may that embolden the faithful to speak out all the more so Catholics are not deceived.

Yes... In a day and age where you can lose everything for putting your name and face out there, especially for Traditional views Thomas goes hard. This guy truly believes and wants to spread the Faith. Vast majority of the people on the forum disagree with him on... ~3% of the issues? Who cares. He is a solid guy.
