    Speaking for myself, what difference does it make?

    These are folks we used to talk to regularly and now we are saying some prayers for them with hopes that they are well.

    It doesn't make any difference, unless there's some specific intention to pray for.  But when someone posts random names, I'd like to know what's motivating it.
