  • I'm with you again , very happy to join you ! My name is Yassin. I am Casablanca , believing Catholic but not baptized.

Although I hesitate to join the Church, for reasons of personal conviction , not for the sake of established laws, I would like as close as possible to enrich me its millennia-old tradition and learn from it methods of spiritual progress. The title of friend of the Church suits me perfectly. I feel a certain distrust almost inexplicable , institution . Perhaps because it is an external reality to my life, foreign to my culture. But I love churches, whose beauty feeds my soul, and I go to Mass when possible , to gloMy favorite saints, it is permissible to express préférérences are St. John the Evangelist ( the disciple whom Jesus loved ) the Blessed Virgin Mary Mother of God , Ste. Mary Magdalene, St. Dismas the good thief, St. John of the Cross , St. Francis of Assisi, and now finally St. John Paul II ! Well I do not forget safe Simone Weil whose influence on me has caused the denial of Islam , my original religion, and his prophet.

I registered to this forum to get acquainted with Catholic belief, rooted in faith , and share with you on various topics to learn. I can not wait to discover the great family of Jesus, I do not know if I can count on me . Everything that relates to thought, theology and Christian philosophy interests me enormously .

I would also enjoy discussing local issues , such as the condition of Christians in North Africa, and all the realities of Islam that I know very well.

I saw the above on a French language forum. This is a rough translation. I would like everyone on this forum to pray for this person that they may find their way to full communion in the Catholic Church and that they be faithful to the end of their days.

  • The dangers of persecution, he certainly has y'en here . But I have been relatively protected , after taking risks with the authorities. Just keep quiet , to live their religious life secretly , avoiding contact with the suspect four official churches, those that are legally established by royal decree : Roman Catholic , Evangelical , Anglican, and Orthodox . They are only in the service of foreigners. So to meet Johnny at one point, the Church is not here to serve all the faithful , national Christians are not welcome.

Yes, the issue of Islam is perhaps the best one I control even after having abjured Islam , a part of me remains inexorably Muslim , it is after all of my native land. Personally, I 'm in a spot of Muslims to Christ approach , rather than the untimely termination multiple horrors of Islam. These are Muslims who interest me , not Islam. Similarly we do not despise a patient because of his illness, as terrible as it is, it seems to me unfair and wrong to despise Muslims. If a patient becomes violent or aggressive because of his illness, he was then detained and put out of harm's way while administering her treatment. Thus I think we should treat radical totalitarian aspirations. They are primarily the insane whose mind is off and are therefore delivered to unconsciousness . " Father, forgive them for they know not what they do" ( Luke 23:34) . The inability to think is the cause of many evils . Hannah Arendt already defined the evil by the absence of thought . I would enjoy discussing in the relevant section .

Stir up within Thy Church, we beseech Thee, O Lord, the Spirit with which blessed Josaphat, Thy Martyr and Bishop, was filled, when he laid down his life for his sheep: so that, through his intercession, we too may be moved and strengthen by the same Spir
