So many parents in trad circles just seem to stop religious instruction after Confirmation, as if that were all there was to learn, and then we end up with half-catechized Catholics. 12 years of religious instruction is just getting started, and the most important thing for them to learn is that they will never be done learning about the Faith. Even in adulthood, they must continue to read and learn on their own.
Our Lady of Victory has reprinted the old "Living my Religion" series which is based off the Baltimore, but it goes more in depth and, "repetitio est mater studiorum."
For high school, the "Our Quest for Happiness" series is excellent.
