Title: Positive Effects of Global Communism
Post by: Pax Vobis on March 24, 2023, 08:09:33 PM
God is using Communism to wake atheists up and to find Him.  Glory be to God's Wisdom and Mercy!

Now this guy didn't convert to Catholicism (not yet) but he went from atheism to protestantism due to the "scandemic".  He makes a lot of good, common sense points about what "woke him up" to global communism/satanism and why he needed to believe in God.

It's 25 min long but you can watch in 1.5 or 1.75 speed and still understand him, to save time.

I plan on watching later, but your title choice is certainly an attention grabber.

JP at 1.5x playback is actually the speed I'm used to hearing people speak IRL :laugh1:

In this video he's very straightforward, the commie stuff is only the first 1/4-1/3 or so as an intro or prologue. A lot of JP's previous videos have an ironic/satiric edge to them, and this one isn't like that. It's mostly optimistic faith, hope, and charity, with some free will and grace in there too. Good stuff!

I might sound like a jerk here but I always question You Tube personalities or other social media middle or heavyweights who all of a sudden "convert" to some form of Protestantism or claim some sort of Catholicism.  I almost think they might be using it as a way to get more support, money, and "hits" due to either a flailing fan base or wanting to grow their brand.  Analytics shows that most people profess (doesn't mean they are) some form of Christianity so if they want to be tight with the largest group out there then it makes sense from a business point of view to do that.

Some are most likely genuine but I do always wonder when there's a sudden change.  I'm a natural skeptic for better or worse. I just have a hard time trusting anyone who is popular and is still allowed on social media.  There's also a lot of controlled operatives out there so that muddies the waters more for me.
