  • Brothers and sisters, the Holy Father has fallen ill and is in need of prayers. Let us set aside at least a decade a day for his physical and spiritual health.

Sorry but I don't pray for demonic humans who deliberately attempt every day to destroy the faith of those who have trusted them to nourish and strengthen the faith. It will be a wonderful day when God's temporal mercy turns to swift and eternal justice on Jorge "El Diablo" Bergoglio.

There is no currently-reigning Holy Father.

He's certainly not a pope and he is very evil.  But praying for our enemies is very pleasing to God.  Pray for him and for the jews as well: love your enemies and do good to those that persecute you.  If he does not repent and falls into hell, it will be painful to our Lord, who shed His Blood even for Bergoglio.

Yes, there is - and he needs prayers worse than anyone on earth - and we are bound to pray for him every day.

Right.  I’ll pray for Jorge Bergoglio’s conversion and salvation, but he’s no Holy Father.

Or, as my father, God rest his soul, used to say, in his thick Hungarian accent, “Holy Father?  He is neither holy nor a father.”

  • Okay, Boomer.

I simply can’t get over the irony of Stubborn being a staunch Feeneyite and yet thinking there’s no problem refusing subjection to the man he claims to be the Supreme Pontiff.  He is fully aware of the dogmatic teaching that there’s no salvation without subjection to the Supreme Pontiff.

Let us pray indeed for the soul of Jorge Bergoglio, but you are correct that there is currently no pope.  The last pope died on December 31, 2022.

That's because of your sedeism OCD, which is rampant among sedes. Fr. Wathen calls it a syndrome, I think he is being kind.

The truth is, it is only your opinion and nothing more that popes are not popes. You sedes elevate your opinion to be at a level on par with certainty of faith, then decide everyone else is wrong, Old Catholics, heretics or whatever. See my sig.

So faithful Catholics had a pope(s) who wanted to bind us to heresy but we did not listen to him. What crime or sin are we guilty of?

Is there a sede here who will actually answer the simple, clear question with a simple, clear answer?

Pathetic ad hominem rant, but it doesn't come close to explaining the contradiction.

EENS dogma states that there's no salvation without subjection to the Supreme Pontiff.  You claim Jorge Bergoglio is the Pope.  You refuse subjection to Jorge Bergoglio.  Ergo, you're outside the Church and there can be no salvation for you until you rectify the situation.

While I know that logic and syllogisms aren't your thing, for the sake of other readers:

MAJOR:  There can be no salvation without subjection to the Supreme Pontiff. [DOGMA]
MINOR:  Jorge Bergoglio is the Supreme Pontiff. (held by Stubborn)
MINOR: Stubborn refuses subjection to Jorge Bergoglio.
CONCLUSION:  Stubborn cannot be saved (being outside the Church due to refusal of subjection).

"We declare, say, define, and pronounce that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff" - to which the sedes add - "unless you don't believe he's the pope."  Whew! Good thing they add this disclaimer.

By adding this disclaimer sedes do not refuse subjection to the pope.  Ergo, they've made themselves not outside the Church and there can be salvation for sedes - unless they remove their disclaimer.
