    Washington, DC -- A new Rasmussen Reports poll released today shows a plurality of Americans oppose the nomination of pro-abortion activist Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court, but it also reveals a large majority of Americans believe the Senate
    will confirm her to replace pro-abortion Justice John Paul Stevens.
