Jesus didn't damn the Pharisees. In fact he said from the Cross, "Father forgive them for they know not what they do." He condemned certain behaviors and attitudes that are very easy to fall into in spiritual life, the facile condemning of others, the focus on the Law as opposed to the spirit of the Law, a lack of charity toward others, rash judgments. In some instances he told certain teachers of the Law, "You are not far from the Kingdom."
The Holy Family taught us how to live in part by their obedience to the Mosaic Law.
Precisely as Nadir notes, Luke 23:24 was not a general absolution of the Pharisees.
Further, since the Pharisees proselytes (тαℓмυdic Jєωs) weren't alive and "doing" the Deicide, today's Jєωs are not absolved in advance for all they do in following the damned Pharisees. Today's observant Jєωs remain "
twofold children of hell" (Matthew 23:15).
