To ladies and gentlemen, do you wear fragrances? If so do you also wear them to Mass?

Yes and Yes.  As fragrance is on coats, jackets etc you wear it to Mass.

No, I never do.

Think about what the point of it is. Is it humble? Is it chaste?

I do not like the idea of people being able to smell me. It can bring impure temptations and I know people who have admitted experiencing this from being able to smell someone of the opposite.

Perfume and cologne commercials also involve impurity; there is a reason for that. I recall reading some of these scents actually contain hormone disrupting chemicals that incline people to their animal nature.

St. Alphonsus Liguori says it is a ridiculous practice.

No I don't wear fragrances and from my perspective it doesn't seem like a common practice anymore.  Most of the people I know at church don't wear a fragrance.
