    • How are you?
    I’ve lost my job, ability to work in my field, housing, most of my worldly possessions.  Should I try to participate in society, I would experience significant pushback.  God has provided my basic needs.  I’ve chosen to live more or less like a hermit.

    • I'm sorry to hear that. I haven't yet been impacted by it too stringently. So far my employer is treating it like they do Flu vax exemptions, so nothing serious yet.

    • Very little, minor nagging from women in family. I haven't heard a jot regarding vaccines from my employer apart from some general keep safe in COVID times crap.

    • There was a company wide e-mail 3 days ago that basically said that most of us will have to take it and those that do will get a separate e-mail from a third party vendor (whatever that's supposed to mean) on what the specific steps are.  I'm going to just ignore the e-mail (if I get it) and act like it doesn't exist until eventually someone talks to me about it and then I'll push back with paperwork, etc.  If that doesn't work I could be out of a job soon.

    It is estimated that the CDC data typically is a 1-in-10 undercount. If the Covid vaccine followed the same pattern, the numbers would change, but the proportions would not. Since the CDC's propagandists have an agenda, I think it is likely that the Covid-vaccine-deaths have been undercounted more than usual. If that is true, both the numbers and the proportions are worse than the "data" show.

    • Not yet, but my company employs many thousands, and so is subject to Biden's pseudo-mandate.  We have not heard a policy come out yet, but it's inevitable.  If they offer a testing option, I would take it.  If not, then ... I'll be looking for work.  I'm actually very critical to a number of their big projects, so my guess is that they may not fire me but, rather, convert me to a 1099 contractor.

    • I'm somewhere between the first and second choices on the poll. I've only been impacted in that I've had to wear a mask this whole time at work, without a break as others had for a little while, before being required to wear a mask again at this time. So far, my employer (Kroger) hasn't required a Covid Vax. I hope it stays that way. But I will quit if they tell me that I have to get a vax in order to work there. I'd rather be poor than vaxxed. 

    As an aside, I finally now personally know people who live in my state who got Covid. Several co-workers who work in a department near my department got Covid a few weeks ago, but they weren't hospitalized. They just had bad flu-like symptoms. Before that, I'd not known one person in my state who has had Covid. I should ask them if they got the Vax before getting sick.

    Yes, I bet a lot of people getting "COVID" now are actually suffering ill effects from the jab.  Same here.  I knew no one who knew anyone who got sick with COVID before the jabs started ... although some on the forum here reported that.

    • I received word that three people from my old chapel will be fired tomorrow.  One of them is a husband and father of seven children with one on the way.  He can no longer work in the field he trained for, X-Ray technician.  He plans to return to the job he held in high school as a landscaper’s assistant.  This will not provide a living wage.  He already lost his side gig in a restaurant when it was forced out of business.

    • I cannot yet submit a vote because I haven't experienced a significant development in the situation. But I expect it at any time. I work for a prominent Manufacturing Company in my area but is owned by a big-time " mother company" all the way across the country. Nothing has been said yet officially as to the vaccine mandate but I would expect that I would have to either take the jab or take the weekly tests. I am not taking the job at any cost. I have a wife and three children to support so I imagine I would have to submit to the weekly testing if that's what they mandate, even though that is problematic in itself due to the toxicity of the swabs.
