  • ... when Protestant prophecies get constantly fulfilled?
There is somebody on GLP who claims to have the Gift of Prophecy. His website is here.
He claims to get words and sentences about things that will going to happen. He claimed to foretell Wisconsin protests, etc. What to do? Since heretics can't get the Gift I think, there is a big problem. Prophecies of demonic origin don't fulfill, except for exceptional cases like Magdalena de la Cruz. But what about prophecies that fulfill continuously? Also, if continuously fulfilling prophecies can be of demonic origin, then it can put the validity of our prophecies. Since there is evidence for the Church, this is a very hard thing.
If these things prove that our faith is false despite of the evidences, then I don't know what to do if the Hosts won't work. Either I'll start to indulge myself in worldly pleasures to get my mind away from Jesus instead of searching methods to get Him like as Catholics do, or run amuck.

  • Why are you reading/listening to this heretic?

Protestant = false religion = false god = false prophet.

The CATHOLIC Holy Bible says that if someone has dreams or visions, even ones that come to pass, and they use those 'prophecies' to try to convince people to worship another god, that person is to be rejected and ignored.

Stop wasting your time with the useless and baseless and heretical Protestant baloney that circulates around the internet. Your soul will be far better served by making the effort to spend a Holy Hour in the True Presence of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Sacrament.

Pray the Most Holy Rosary. It's a shame that so many people seem to forget how wonderful it is to echo the Words of Holy Scripture as you meditate upon the Incarnation and the other unfathomable Mysteries of Christ and His Church.

St. Anthony of Padua, hammer of heretics, terror of Hell, pray for us.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, triumph soon!

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us.
This evil of heresy spreads itself. The doctrines of godliness are overturned; the rules of the Church are in confusion; the ambition of the unprincipled seizes upon places of authority; and the chief seat [the Papacy] is now openly proposed as a rewar

  • I would echo Stephen Francis.  Stop listening to these people.

On the other hand, I would point out that it's really easy to claim to have predicted something after the fact.  It's also incredibly easy to make a whole lot of cryptic statements the way the Oracle at Delphi saw into the future and then simply declare that those statements were prophesies from God and then fit those cryptic statements into the events that happened.

Real prophesy is specific and verifiable prior to the event and the event occurs as previously declared.

I glanced at the website to which you linked.  He claims:

    Quote from: heretical evil seer
The Lord Jesus Christ simply said "WISCONSIN."  In about one month the Capitol building was taken over for the first time.  I believe God is teaching that this unrest will spread across the USA.

But, unless you actually saw this "prophesy" before the events in Wisconsin, which, by the way, were not actually unexpected except in intensity, you would not necessarily have known what was going to happen based solely on this statement.

    Examples of actual prophesies include:

Prediction that if Russia was not consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary there would be second world war.  The prediction was made in the 1920s and it came to pass.

Prediction that "Rome would lose the faith".  No further commentary needed.

The statement, "Wisconsin", is simply not prophesy.

  • Pelly:  How do you know if magic or a miracle took place?  The bible says: there will be false prophets.  And he said you would know them by their fruits.  Who was our last prophet according to Holy Mother Church, John the Baptist. The church has revelations after that.  Read about The house of Ephesus  the Home of Our Lady.  It appears that it was found in Turkey by a Sr. Marie in the late 1800's and pilgrims go to visit it now.

  • I myself would be too fearful to even click the link you posted.

The times we are living in now, heaven is very quiet, and the devil, the prince of the world, seems to be working miracles, that too was prophesied about the age of the apostasy.

This is why the Saints of old foretold that we would be the greatest Saints, because all we had was our Faith, where they, the Saints of old, had true miracles, some actually talked to God, Himself.  Think about this, all we have is our Faith, nothing else.

We do know the end of the story, that is, we will win in the end, her Immaculate Heart will shine upon the entire world near the end of time.  Even the devil himself does not know what day that would be, but he knows it will be soon, therefore he is working overtime.
    Please pray for my soul.
