For awhile now, I've been wondering about several things.  One of these is the status of the Pope.  Is he a real Pope?  Is he an anti-pope?  Is he a real Pope that is sincerely deluded?  Actually I've gone back and forth between his being an anti-pope and therefore the seat is empty and the possibility that he is the real pope but either he is deluded.  In the end, I really couldn't come to a single conclusion other than the man on the throne of Peter is not Catholic in his words or actions.

I've also been watching what is going on in Russia and Putin.  Putin openly supports the Orthodox Church in Russia and at least goes through the motions of being a somewhat devout member of the Orthodox Church.  I have always had my doubts about him since he is a former KGB officer.  But Our Lord often brings good out of evil.  Russia is also giving support and encouraging parents to have children.  It is also anti-sodomite and unsupportive of radical feminism.   Putin often speaks of the dangers associated with the decadent West's war against traditionalism, religion and culture.  I'm no expert on the situation in Russia, but these are my observations.  

The whole West has effectively gone pagan.  Our great Faith has been attacked mercilessly and nearly snuffed out.  Our beautiful churches and cathedrals have been either destroyed or essentially turned into museums or worse.  Our cultural patrimony has been nearly completely discarded and diluted by endless, uncontrolled immigration and political correctness/multiculturalism.  

Our Lady of Fatima said that if we do not convert and the Pope does not consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart, Russia will spread it's errors.  I think that it is clear that the errors of communism/Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ/тαℓмυdism have been spread very effectively throughout the old Christian West.

Our Lady said that the Pope will consecrate Russia but it will be late.  The only Pope that is visible is the deluded man that we see holding the office of Pope in Rome. Perhaps it makes sense that he is indeed the Pope and that he will be converted as the final calamity begins to take shape in the form of a great war spearheaded by Russia in Europe.  His consecration of Russia will catalyze a full conversion of the Orthodox to the Catholic faith. A new Catholic Church in Russia, in concert with the Catholic remnants in the West will lead to an alliance of West and East and a resurrection of the Church in the world.  And so the world must go through the cleansing fire of war to restore all things in Christ.

I've seen a set of comments against Fatima making the rounds and was curious what people thought of it:

4)   There were similarities between Fatima and other false apparitions such as the spinning sun and the secrets.  Compare this with the false apparition of Medjugorje.  God does not operate in secret.   Read John 18:20.
5)   The prophesies of Fatima are false.  A worse war was predicted to break out during the reign of Pius XI.   WWII started after the death of Pius XI.  The prophesy (at the end of the 2nd text) stated that ‘In Portugal, the dogma of faith will always be preserved’.   Of course anyone with eyes to see will understand this to be false.  Only the devil is the father of lies and deceits.
6)   Fatima focused on Russia while ignoring the religious indifferentism inherent in the United States.  What better deception by the devil than to appear as an angel of light in the guise of the Virgin Mary.
7)   Sister Lucia is an apostate who claimed communion with the Vatican II church, a church that believes Allah will judge mankind.
