I don't know much about who Bp. Slupski ordained -- just two cases that he told me about.
He ordained one older man, who apparently wanted the whole "collection" for himself, having promised to pay a cleaning service to clean the small chapel once a month. I believe Bp. Slupski had an agreement with him BEFORE his ordination that he could say Mass only privately. I don't know the priest's name, though.
I also know of a married man that he ordained a permanent deacon. I've seen the man once or twice in an SSPX context -- and let's just say it wasn't preaching, distributing communion, or serving as deacon during Mass. I personally doubt he would go out of his way to mention his Orders, as the SSPX probably wouldn't be too fond of the idea.
I believe that any mistakes Fr. Slupski made can be excused when considering how long he's been fighting the good fight -- he was ordained in 1961 as a Redemptorist in Poland, he knows Communism first-hand, and has been very alone since he stopped working with the SSPX in the 1980's. Being alone for that long is not a good thing. He doesn't see or hear all the wonderful things the SSPX (and other groups) are doing on a daily basis. He doesn't use the Internet, etc. He's very isolated.
Any ordinations/consecrations he has performed were probably done with an upright will on his part. He's desperately trying to provide for the Church after he passes away.
I suppose my point in all this is that he needs our prayers. We are all muddling along trying to find our way in this Crisis -- some are generous and want to do as much for God as they can. We all make mistakes, even when we're trying to do good. The traditionalist world is filled with examples of this.
