  • I am the Light
but you do not see Me

    I am the Way
but you do not follow Me.

    I am the Truth
but you do not believe Me.

    I am the Life
and you do not seek Me.

    I am the Master
but you do not listen to Me.

    I am your great Friend
    except you don't love Me.

    I am your God
and you do not pray to Me

    If you are unhappy
    do not reproach Me!

  • "Calvary", not "cavalry".

"Calvary" is from the Latin calvarium, meaning "skull".

"Cavalry" is from the French cheval, meaning "horse" (as in mounted soldiers).
