I'm half polish. Does that count? :)

One thing I can add:
19. You couldn't get a DOD security clearance if you had living relatives in Poland, even if you had no contact with them.

I only had yes to:
4, 5, 9, 11, 13, 17

I would add:
-One of my kids best childhood memories is going to the Polish Festival.
-My grandfather was the Polka king of Bergen County.
-My first Polish word was "kapusta glowa" (cabbagehead).
