    • Washington, DC -- The congressman who shouted "it's a baby killer" in reference to the pro-abortion health care bill during a Bart Stupak speech on the House floor is not backing down. Rep. Randy Neugebauer says he has no reason to acquiesce to Stupak's demand that he apologize on the House floor for his comment.
