  • I don't see any evidence that what's covering that thing is powder. It appears to be plaster.
    .
If you watch the video you see it's a fibrous texture, more like white mold. Plaster has more solid structure.
    .
But whatever it is, the lab results coming in a few weeks ought to help.
    .
This is one of four bodies found. The other 3 are smaller.
    .
The eye sockets are very shallow so it's not eye balls like people have, but something else, probably eyes that do not turn as ours do, and no lens as we know it.

    Okay.

Question: Why is this subject for important and fascinating to you, Neil?
"It is licit to resist a Sovereign Pontiff who is trying to destroy the Church. I say it is licit to resist him in not following his orders and in preventing the execution of his will. It is not licit to Judge him, to punish him, or to depose him, for these are acts proper to a superior."

    Sorry, correction:

  • Okay.

Question: Why is this subject for so important and fascinating to you, Neil?
    .
There are a lot of people to whom this is interesting, more than most other news items up for view.
Chances are, their interest will continue in the months to come, that is, unless this turns out to be fake.
At the moment, it appears to be plausible from what they have shown.
    .
I find it noteworthy that critics are really eager to proclaim it a fraud, and they pretend to have a lot of insight or quasi-authority to pronounce judgment. One video proffers the assurance that the thumb and little finger were simply cut off, leaving the middle 3 fingers (same for the feet, apparently, but he doesn't say so specifically -- the feet are much longer from heel to toe than human beings' feet, and the "toes" are obviously flexible, even more so than fingers). But he makes no mention of the additional bones in these 3 fingers or their much greater length. Nor does he comment on the different number of vertebrae or the shallowness of the eye sockets or the lack of joints in the skull or the greater hardness of the skull material. He's all ready to condemn the whole thing before the DNA results come back, but even then, he'll no doubt complain that the DNA analysis is all fake too.
    .
So it's interesting to see this point in time while it's happening.

  • Could it have been a birth defect?
