Title: My 4 year old nephews school
Post by: xavierpope on June 17, 2018, 02:46:19 AM
hello.

Little bit concerned as my sister has enrolled my nephew at her local catholic school. Only the school has now introduced a gender neutral uniform policy, meaning that boys can wear dresses and pinafores if they wish to. The priest to the school is liberal and the bishops and cardinals in the UK are absolute useless.

My sister just can't afford to homeschool - they have a mortgage and bills and it's out of the question.

I don't know how to stop catholic schools corrupting the children. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do about it, I don't want to sit back and just accept the situation  :really-mad2:

Why does a 4 year old need to go to school? He should be home with his mother. It is not expensive to homeschool.

What is the attitude of the parents to this situation?

Why does a 4 year old need to go to school?
Children start school here earlier than in the US. Depending on what month the child is born, they will either be 4 or 5 years old when they start. Also, children here do 14 years of school - 7 primary and 7 secondary - before college, not the 12 that children in the US do. Those not going to college used to be able to leave after 5 years of secondary school, but there was talk a while back about making 7 years of secondary school compulsory.

Find a Home school group and let them home school him.

hello.

.....her local catholic school. ….introduced a gender neutral uniform policy, meaning that boys can wear dresses and pinafores if they wish to.
Is this standard practice in all English Catholic schools? Why send them to an obviously  counterfeit "catholic" school? Might as well send them to any school that does not teach those abnormalities.
( For others : Is it practiced anywhere else in the world? )

Can you start a protest? Write letters? Create signs? Twitter campaign? Facebook campaign? We have to fight. Too many Catholics complain but don't take action. Cause a disruption in their devil backed agenda. Make them feel uncomfortable. Make them squirm.

I agree with Aleah that too many Catholic are not putting in a good fight. In the meantime, I would not expose my 4 yr old nephew to this environment.
Here's an idea, all the money that was going to spent on the private school could be put towards a trusted, moral tutor who could homeschool the child.

Can I say that this ‘gender neutral’ ideology is just as unfortunate and inappropriate for girls.

Coach him to behave so badly he gets excluded?  But then what?

.
Folks, we are facing the fulfillment of prophesy.
.
There will come a time when they will not endure sound teaching but will turn their itching ears unto fables (cf. II Tim. iv. 3-4).
.
And woe to them who are with child, and that give suck in those days (Matthew xxiv. 19).
.
And many false prophets shall rise, and shall seduce many. And because iniquity hath abounded, the charity of many shall grow cold. But he that shall persevere to the end, he shall be saved (Matt. xxiv. 11-13).
.
Because that, when they knew God, they have not glorified him as God, or given thanks; but became vain in their thoughts, and their foolish heart was darkened. For professing themselves to be wise, they became fools... who changed the truth of God into a lie; and worshipped and served the creature rather than the Creator, Who is blessed forever. Amen. (Romans i. 21ff).

Could you imagine the impact on the world if each individual Catholic volunteered for ONE day in a  good cause?
Going out to an abortion clinic, visiting a retirement home, making meals for people in need, homeless shelter, prayer vigils, protesting the LGBT agenda.....the list goes on and on!

I urge all those here in this forum to consider an outside cause that publicly displays Catholic teaching and can help stop these horrible sins and/or bring people to Christ. If you are already doing this, God bless you!
