One Man's Hero.  1999. In English. Historical war drama. The movie dramatizes the true story of John Riley and the St. Patrick's Battalion, a group of primarily Irish Catholic immigrants who deserted the Protestant dominated US Army due to the harsh persecution they suffered for being Catholic, and ended up fighting for Mexico with fellow Catholics in the Mexican American War of 1846-1848.
