Source and date of this photo? Screen for what? Illegal alien status? If so, If they’re ICE doing their job, I’m for it. Those destinations are hubs for the plague of illegals, the worst of them setting up their headquarters. 
If it’s simply for monitoring everyone’s travel, anything vaxx or measles related, they need to MTOB. I thought Florida was a red state, so it’s unlikely to be something NWO related. 
It it could be perfectly legitimate. A few years ago I was delayed four hours in Eastern Kentucky on my way to a funeral. State police had roadblocks everywhere because a crazed shooter who’d killed five random people on the highway was on the loose. (He was found five days later, deceased by his own hand.)
