With the end of Roe v Wade some companies are giving employees money to go to a state where they can get an abortion if they live in a state where it’s illegal.
Does Catholic morality say under this type of situation you must find another job under pain of sin?
-
Unless you’re on the board of directors or had some part in the decision you have no responsibility in the matter and so not implicated in any sin.
Just do an honest day’s work and accept a just wage, no more, no less.

Not everybody can just "up and get" another job. Very often, your family's welfare is tied towards you having that particular job. Unless you had a hand in making the company's policy, it's not your doing.
-
Most companies support abortion one way or another. God knows the situation. Do the best you can and leave the rest to Him.

No.
Catholic morality dictates that you avoid the near occasion of sin.

Those of us in pro-life struggled with a similar question decades ago, when taxpayer-funded abortion began. In that situation "render unto Caesar what is Caesar's and unto God what is God's" applied.
In this situation you can look for another job, but good luck in finding one that is not involved in evil. Pray about it and ask God for guidance in how to best support your family.

You were working for a company that paid for women's abortions already, if the company provides insurance and since abortion for poor women or women who can hustle the system is already covered by our taxes unless you go live on the streets you can't avoid this.

I agree with the others that this is not sinful.
If such a thing were a sin, soon we would be forced to starve to death, since iniquity is so widespread these days.

I have a friend who realized in 1979 that his taxes were paying for abortions. We met and became firm friends in the 1990's by which time he had not paid a cent tax for over 10 years and he still does not pay tax up until today.
For those interested in how he did it and what it cost him read here. (It is quite a long docuмent)
