    • Returning to the land (becoming more agrarian) would bring this sort of stability he's talking about.
    But really women (because they generally live longer than men) are the ones who provide inter-generational stability.

    • I basically agree the problem is the loss of community. If you at least have a close knit family, you are better off, regardless of where you live. Those without families and a clique of some sort, where you live doesn’t matter. A person can be just as isolated living in a major city as a little cabin in the wilderness, and everywhere in between.
