Can men and women be just friends?

1. All the women say, "yes"
2. All the men say, "no"
3. When you call them on it, all the women admit the guys are attracted to them
4. You can tell they didn't think this all the way through -- you can practically see their heads explode when he walks them through the logic.

Hilarious and true.

I can confirm this as well with women responding to me in person or online with limited or no interest. They mostly do not respond to me online anyway. Most of the time, they show no interest. They may communicate with me for a time, but it comes to a point where either one of us stops showing interest in the other. The friendship ends up dying out as opposed to with some male friends I have had.
There was a movie with Julia Roberts I do remember seeing years ago before my trad days where she plays the role of being a friend to the groom of a wedding, but they end up with an attraction to one another. He still marries the bride though.

If men and women could be friends, it may be mainly on the supernatural level, but permanently, generally speaking, on the natural level.
Often in my online communications with women, there is usually a lack of or not much reciprocation with a question about me or anything for that matter.
Feminism does have a lot to do with it all indeed. The best can become the worst. So if women can trump men in humility and obedience in following the example of Our Lady, they can easily devolve to vanity and indecency and lack of respect in even just mere ordinary human interaction.
A good woman respects men and also other women, and she truly has the virtues of obedience and purity or at least works to aspire to virtue.

This is a sign you are talking to a self-centered, immature girl, who is not ready for any kind of healthy friendship, let alone a stable marriage.  Keep looking for a mature, humble lady who is, (at least partially) ready for some form of self-sacrifice which is necessary for any kind of healthy relationship.
