Bishop Gracida was always a great man and Bishop. He was especially favorable to the pro-lifers getting arrested during Operation Rescue. All of the other (conciliar) Bishops (except for Bishop Vaughn) were busy trying to hide from the killing of the unborn when they weren't giving us bad press about it.

It's really great he is doing conditional ordinations, certainly the SSPX doesn't  do it anymore.
