I won't overlook the secret societies of Satanic ritual abuse.  Programing and mind control.  I won't overlook the age of these shooters in the past til now are kids, 18, 20 years of age, still ignorant.  Try this book, "The Black Awakening" found on amazon.com  It was written in 2009 and over 25 years of research into those things never mentioned of Satanic groups, kids that are born into it and struggle to get out.  And it just happened to be predominately catholic victims.
