    • Washington, DC -- Ninth Circuit Appeals Court Judge Sidney Thomas is one of four people said to be on the short list of names President Barack Obama is considering to replace retiring pro-abortion Justice John Paul Stevens. The list includes two key abortion advocates but Thomas would likely uphold Roe v. Wade.

    • many GOP cronies have upholded Roe too, too bad you are silent on them or soft ball them.........

    Note Roe is NOT LAW!!!

    The is nothing to "uphold" or to "reverse"....murder is murder, abortion is murder and the nation has laws in place against murder, just waiting to be enforced.
