I visited Birmingham in England for the first time this year to participate in the March for Life. I am not sure if news about the march has been shared previously on the forum.
To be honest I didn't expect such a large crowd. This was the first year the march went through the main streets of city.
Whilst the music was charismatic it wasn't organised as a secular march. Ireland was well represented and I was able to meet people from different parts of Britain.
The day after I was able to pray in the vicinity of the one of the abortion facilities. The city has several. At the march itself we all knelt in prayer.
The museum in the city has a large statue of Lucifer and the main shopping centre/mall has a bronze bull outside the entrance. I thought immediately of the golden calf. I walked around the shopping centre. The new religion for people.
The march itself is a fight back. Stephanie Gray, one of the speakers became very emotional before she began her speech. She said this was only the second time this ever happened her. The first time was in Eastern Europe. She was overcome with such sorrow. Millions of babies have been killed in Britain since 1967.
Continued prayers for the conversion of England and for the good people in Birmingham.
