    • In Minnesota, it is illegal for anyone to wear a mask while legally carrying a concealed weapon:

    A person whose identity is concealed by the person in a public place by means of a robe, mask, or other disguise, unless based on religious beliefs, or incidental to amusement, entertainment, protection from weather, or medical treatment, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

    Sec. 609.735 MN Statutes

    Is the mask considered “medical treatment?”

    Not sure about other states, but the thought occurred to me:

    Are statewide mandates a back door method of abolishing conceal/carry?

    If not, then all I should need to do to circuмvent statewide mask requirements is make sure I always have a gun on me?

    • Well, in an emergency situation, a health mandate overrides certain state laws, and city ordinances because it’s temporary.  So legally there’s no contradiction because the health mandate will expire.

    • How about the legal incoherence of a state that outlaws masks in public but requires face masks?
