  • Once-Catholic Ireland Sinks Further into the Mire
    As Charismatic Cultists Gather at Knock Shrine by Order of a "Spiritual Healer"
    From: The Fathers

    Once-Catholic Ireland, having voted in divorce, abortion, and "gαy" marriage, is now going "charismatic." Some 10,000 people desecrated the Shrine of Knock, where the Blessed Virgin Mary, St. Joseph, and St. John the Evangelist were supposed to have appeared in 1879. The cultists gathered at the command of a self-proclaimed "spiritual healer," Joe Coleman, who has been condemned as a fraud even by the

    Newchurch bishop. The cultists chose to obey the fraud rather than their local Newchurch bishop. So much for "obedience" in Newchurch. Only traditional Catholics have to obey the New Order, not charismatic cultists!

    One cultist claimed a "miracle of the sun." When the sun broke through the clouds, she said, it seemed to change color and come closer. A perfectly understandable meteorological phenomenon, considering that the weather was partly-cloudy with light rain, so that solar light would be refracted on the raindrops like a prism. Even this clueless cultist had to admit: "Who is to know that it isn't climate change or something like that causing that?" Now, there's a real scientist for you!      Your definition is a Catholic is not concerned with the gospel warnings of avoiding the signs and wonders type of snare. I am a graduate of Bayside. I delivered a whole grocery bag of Bayside material to my local Catholic priest and told him," You guys have a problem."  I was shaking of freight after I found out that the Devil poses as a devout Catholic trying to save his fellow "Catholics". The Devil is kicking Catholic ass all over the place. This includes even the elect.

      It is not a crime for Catholics to read the Gospel. Try it some time.

  • It is very difficult, I think.

    How can people distinguish between wonders and tricks of the devil and real hoaxes?

    The investigation of Lourdes took years and was very scrupulous. Even though several miracles had taken place and remember how thoroughly and often St Bernadette was examined.

    Satan is always attempting to decieve the faithful.

      "Test all things"

    1 Thessalonians. 5:21

     A forgotten scripture verse after the 1870 Vatican Council. Signs and wonders are generally satanic. Actually all teaching, including "papal" should be tested through scripture.

  •   The last time I checked, Apocalypse 13 was still Catholic.

    And he seduced them that dwell on the earth, for the signs, which were given him to do in the sight of the beast, saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make the image of the beast, which had the wound by the sword, and lived. 15 And it was given him to give life to the image of the beast, and that the image of the beast should speak; and should cause, that whosoever will not adore the image of the beast, should be slain.

    =============================================

      Do you think it is a good idea to let children play on the interstate highway?  This Vietnamese video does indicate a statue that becomes animated. The leadership of the Catholic Church has done a horrific job of warning people about false signs and wonders.  (except for that bishop in Knock).

       If the Catholic leadership refuses to do God's work, do you think God would refuse the "other folds" when they earnestly pray for guidance, while Catholics chase signs and wonders or suffer from Novus Ordo indifference. The high and mighty will be taken from the head of the table and thrown to the back of the bus. (or maybe under the bus)
    ================================================

      Is this still Catholic ?

    Exodus 20 >>
    Douay-Rheims Bible

    1 And the Lord spoke all these words:

    2 I am the Lord thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

    3 Thou shalt not have strange gods before me.

    4 Thou shalt not make to thyself a graven thing, nor the likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or in the earth beneath, nor of those things that are in the waters under the earth. 5 Thou shalt not adore them, nor serve them: I am the Lord thy God, mighty, jealous, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me: 6 And shewing mercy unto thousands to them that love me, and keep my commandments.

    7 Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain: for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that shall take the name of the Lord his God in vain.

    8 Remember that thou keep holy the sabbath day. 9 Six days shalt thou labour, and shalt do all thy works. 10 But on the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: thou shalt do no work on it, thou nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy beast, nor the stranger that is within thy gates. 11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and the sea, and all things that are in them, and rested on the seventh day: therefore the Lord blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it.

    12 Honour thy father and thy mother, that thou mayest be longlived upon the land which the Lord thy God will give thee.

    13 Thou shalt not kill.

    14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.

    15 Thou shalt not steal.

    16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

    17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house: neither shalt thou desire his wife, nor his servant, nor his handmaid, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is his.

    ============================

       With verse 2 in mind, Pope John Paul II's Paganfest 86 marks a return to slavery of God's people.

       The omission of verse 4 from the Catholic version of the 10 commandmests -  No exactly Catholicism's finest hour which leaves a lot of good people vulnerable to the many false apparitions which seem to strangely pop up around graven images.

       At least the Protestants are starting to understand the evil architecture in Washington DC.

    And since they do not have the true Faith they are susceptible to false solutions.

  • The is a cemetery near Washington,DC with a very large
    statue of Jesus.  Irregardless where you are in the cemetery,
    you feel that the face of Jesus is looking at you. I was at that
    cemetery in 1968 and had the feeling that Jesus was always
    watching me. I have since forgot the name of the cemetery.

    I have always loved the apparitions of Our Lady and the doves at Ziuton, Egypt.  If that is spelled correctly.  So beautiful.  What do you think of them?

    It is Zeitoun :)  I have my doubts about these apparitions as they were over a Coptic Orthodox Church.  I don't believe Our Lady would give her blessing to the Orthodox religion.  Why would she appear there and not at a Catholic Church?

    The "Pope" of the Coptic Orthodox instigated the investigation and "confirmation" of their authenticity.

    I misspoke. The video actually frightens me, and it seems a bit suspicious.

    It's not really possible to say based solely on the video. Given that fact that the alleged apparition occurred communist Vietnam, it wouldn't it be impossible for Church authorities to investigate a supposed apparition there?
