Is it sinful to be in a room where there are many pagan symbols?I live with my father and almost every room in his house has some islamic symbols on it walls(eg. in the sitting room) I want to know if it is sinful to spend some hours there.

what if they are photos taken from places of false worship or parchments with quranic verses written on them?

We live in a world that is almost entirely covered and inundated, 24/7 in many places, with problematic or potentially-problematic images, sounds, etc. See my point? DROP THIS LINE OF QUESTIONING - NOW. God speed.

The Vatican Museum houses artifacts of false religions - such as statues of Egyptian priests and dieties. These objects have been kept by the Popes all throughout the centuries to preserve the art of different cultures and time periods. So it is not sinful to enter a room where there are pagan images.
