It's one thing to receive "offers" on products you're trying to sell. Especially if you include "or best offer" in the price.
However, is it too much to ask to require the potential customer to do their own haggling/bargaining with you?
I hate it when people ask, "What is the lowest price you're willing to take for your _____"? It's like they want to pay the minimum price, but they're not willing to put ANY effort to get that result. Instead, they want YOU the seller to let them have the best of both worlds.
Come on, if you want the benefits (paying less than my asking price) you're going to have to put in AT LEAST the effort it takes to bargain/haggle. Yes, it takes thinking, mental effort, a bit of guts, a bit of discomfort (there's always the uncertainty of how they will respond, the risk of rejection, etc.), but that's how the game works! If you don't like all that hassle, just pay full price and you don't have to trouble yourself at all!
It's like these people want to have their cake and eat it too.
No, I'm not going to jew down my own price! I don't have enough split personalities for that.
