The Druids Return to Ireland

The abortion referendum in Ireland is over, and many are devastated by the tragic outcome. Some now conclude that Ireland has surrendered to the secular European agenda. It has lost its Catholic identity. The progressives are now giddy with joy, proclaiming a new modern Ireland that has left behind the old.

However, there is nothing new in the present battle for the soul of Ireland. Throughout its history, the struggle for the Irish soul has always been over its Druids. Ireland only abandons the ardor of the Faith when it allows its hidden Druids to return and dominate.

What the Druids Believed

This is what has happened now. The Druid label fits perfectly on the political caste that has imposed divorce, same-sex “marriage,” and now abortion on the Emerald Isle. The diviners, charmers, priest, magicians, astrologists, and wizards of old were amazingly similar to their neo-pagan counterparts today.

The Druids’ principal doctrine supported a life without moral consequences since they believed the soul did not die but passed at death from one person to another. Although these frequenters of sacred oak groves are viewed as a priestly sect, they were quite secular. Their influence was much more social than religious since their role was mostly administrative and ceremonial. The Druids had no god of their own nor did they introduce any new divinity. They merely lived with the local gods as they were.

Finally, as a part of their duties, the Druids performed human sacrifices. It was their custom to have large wickerwork structures that were filled with people and then burned as part of their offerings to appease local divinities.

The Rise of the Neo-Druids

To those who have observed modern Ireland, these and other similarities make the Druid appear quite familiar. With the approval of abortion, modern Irish progressives are fully neo-Druids. With the killing of the unborn, they will lead the nation back to its cruel and barbarous origins. Likewise, they will be the bitterest opponents of Christianity, not to be appeased until the light of Christ is snuffed out. That is how it was in the past and is again today.

The battle for the Irish soul is over this return of the Druids. Abortion, same-sex “marriage,” and divorce are the important issues that dominate the headlines, but the core debate is the titanic clash between two opposing irreconcilable worldviews.

The Way to Fight Neo-Druids

This helps explains the devastating loss of the abortion referendum. Neo-Druids are not moved by emotional pleas for the lives of innocent unborn babies. They promote their immolation. Barbarians only think about gratifying their unbridled passions; they care little for whom they hurt. They follow their radical urges and are unimpressed by those who defend their views weakly or who are mired in mediocrity.

The only way to fight Druids is with the bold audacity that so characterized Saint Patrick, the Apostle of Ireland, and which even today molds the fiery Celtic souls of those he brought into the Church. The dark passions and superstitions of the neo-Druids must be denounced and overturned. The liberating true Faith must be presented with zeal and daring.

The Example of Saint Patrick

Indeed, such was the scene on that fateful Easter vigil in 433 when a decree went forth over the kingdom of Erin that all fires were to be extinguished until the signal fire on the Hill of Tara was lit by the Druids at the royal palace. At the opposite end of the valley, atop the Hill of Slane, Saint Patrick kindled a massive Paschal fire in defiance. The Druids implored the king to take action for they claimed the “fire will blaze forever in this land unless it be this very night extinguished.”

By God’s protection, all efforts to put out this fire or harm the missionary archbishop failed, and the saint boldly led a procession with miter and crosier, arrayed in full episcopal attire, to the Hill of Tara, where he confronted the Druids and put them to flight. The evangelization of Ireland began with this confrontation. Many of the Druids were so astonished that they requested Baptism.

What Impresses Druids

The example of Saint Patrick is full of lessons on how to deal with Druids and today’s neo-Druids. Druids are impressed by faith-filled certainty and conviction. They are intimidated by a manly courage that despises and challenges their myths and superstitions. They are marveled by ceremonial beauty. Above all, God showers His graces upon those who dare to confront the evils of the day. He blesses their actions. Such is the stuff of the legends and song that are so much a part of the poetic Irish soul.

Alas, this dramatic example was not heeded in the referendum on abortion. It was judged “prudent” that the Church play a subdued part in the debate over the taking of innocent lives. There were no dramatic challenges on the part of churchmen to denounce the promiscuous neo-Druid lifestyles that are so much a part of the abortion culture. There was no fire lit to illuminate the darkness of the postmodern wasteland that makes abortion so prevalent.

And that is why the center of the struggle for the Irish soul must always be over the return of its Druids. It is the only way Ireland will again be Catholic.

What is needed are fiery souls that will contest not just social issues, necessary for sure, but all the neo-Druid falsehoods that undermine the Faith. There must be an unapologetic proclamation of the Faith that defies the diktats of modern secular society. Ireland must implore Saint Patrick to raise new disciples who can rekindle the embers of Christianity that remain, so that the Pascal fire may yet continue to “blaze forever” on the Hill of Slane, and put the neo-Druids to flight.

On Thursday I had a strange sense that the day had the tenor of a Holy Saturday—a day lifted out of history. Except that here, history seemed to have gone into reverse: the Resurrection behind, Calvary in front. On Friday, the Irish people climbed Calvary backwards, in the name of progress.
If you would like to visit a place where the symptoms of the sickness of our time are found near their furthest limits, come to Ireland. Here you will see a civilization in freefall, seeking with every breath to deny the existence of a higher authority, a people that has now sentenced itself not to look upon the Cross of Christ lest it be haunted by His rage and sorrow.
Two out of three of those who voted—66.4 percent—said Yes to the removal of the right-to-life protection of the unborn child in the Irish Constitution. When you think of it in actual words, it is dizzying: just one in three voters—33.6 percent—wished this protection to continue. The world’s media called it a “landslide for abortion,” but before that it was a landslide for leaving the unborn child—every unborn child—defenseless against assault from outside. When you factor in the fact that roughly one in three of those entitled to vote did not do so (turnout was 64.1 percent), this unprecedented measure passed with approximately just 42.5 percent of the electorate voting for it. Only one constituency, Donegal in the Northwest, voted No, and this by a tight margin—51.87 percent for No; 48.13 percent for Yes.
For the first time in history, a nation has voted to strip the right to life from the unborn. The victims of this dreadful choice will be the most defenseless, those entirely without voice or words. This is the considered verdict of the Irish people, not—as elsewhere—an edict of the elites, imposed by parliamentary decree or judicial fiat. The Irish people are now the happy ones who dash their own children against the rocks.
Now that we have come to the end of a long and ugly battle, I can say that none of this surprises me. The tenor of the contest has been so nauseating that the deepest parts of my psyche had begun to anticipate this outcome. It was little things: the frivolity of the Yes side: “Run for Repeal”; “Spinning for Repeal”; “Walk your Dog for Repeal”; “Farmers for Yes”; “Grandparents for Repeal,” which ought to have been “Grandparents for Not Having Grandchildren.” This, like the same-sex marriage referendum in 2015, was a carnival referendum: Yessers chanting for Repeal, drinking to Repeal, grinning for the cameras as they went door-to-door on the canvass of death.
Today, Ireland dances on the graves of little children. It is a country where freedom means the right to do just about anything you please, without risk of consequences.
On the day of the vote, the media gave us a picture of our Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar, grinningly dropping his vote into a ballot box, over the headline: “All the lads in the gym are voting yes.”
It is the epitaph of the country I grew up in, the only one I had to call home, this ancient land, traceable into antiquity by its piety, its valor, and its sufferings. This fool we are obliged to call Taoiseach (Chieftain), this man without qualities—who entered the last election three short years ago as “pro-life”—has led my people into a hell beyond imagining.
On Wednesday, two days from polling day, Varadkar, with his typical disingenuousness, called for no public celebrations if the vote turned out a Yes. But Saturday evening in the yard of Dublin Castle saw thousands of citizens dancing, cavorting, weeping, screaming—as they were entertained by the musical group Voices 4 Repeal. The leader of Sinn Fein, the political wing of the now disbanded Irish Republican Army, declared: “It’s been a long time coming. This is about women’s right. We deserve to celebrate.” When Varadkar and his health minister arrived, they were greeted by chants of their Christian names.
How did we get here? The spiritual reconstruction of Ireland that took place after the Famines of the 1840s placed mothers at its center: the moral instruments by which Irish families were to be brought back to the straight and narrow. Women were placed on a pedestal, their actions or demands immune from questioning by mere men. Add two dashes of feminism and you have an unassailable cultural force, which has now attained its apotheosis. “Trust women,” one of the many fatuous Yes slogans demanded. Trust women to kill their own children?
The cancer at the heart of modern Irish culture is unbelief in anything that is not negotiable in the manner of currency. But that was the diagnosis up until last Friday. May 25 will go down as the beginning of the final stage of the disintegration: the carting of the human in Ireland from the spiritual to the material level, with the country that was once the Jєωel in the crown of European Christianity affirming that a baby is the mere chattel of her mother.
The Church, with the exception of a sprinkling of pastorals, was tactically absent. This reticence is understandable in respect of the public realm: The leveraging of antipathy towards Catholicism is a core element of the pro-abortion strategy. What was unforgivable was that this silence extended to pulpits. The Association of Catholic Priests, a kind of theo-ideological trade union, intervened to criticize a minor trend of pro-lifers delivering homilies during Masses.
For years, people abroad have teased me about the Island of Saints and Scholars, asking when we’re going to send them more monks. Usually they’re only half joking, the scale of Ireland’s disintegration being by no means fully understood beyond her shores. It falls to me to disabuse them of their romantic ideas about my country. Friday last should at least have the benefit of henceforth saving me that trouble.
In his book How the Irish Saved Civilization, Thomas Cahill writes that “the Irish, who were just learning to read and write, took up the great labor of copying all of western literature,” thus becoming the “conduits through which the Greco-Roman and ʝʊdɛօ-Christian cultures were transmitted to the tribes of Europe, newly settled amid the rubble and ruined vineyards of the civilisation they had overwhelmed.” He praises the monks “who single-handedly re-founded European civilisation.”
This is the Ireland of popular imagining. We now know it to be a legend long past its use-by date. The Irish of today are more likely to be among the looters and book-burners, the barbarians who value nothing but what is expedient. Indeed, on May 25, Ireland might be said to have put a match to one of its own most sacred texts, Bunreacht na hÉireann, the Irish Constitution, of which the fateful Article 40.3.3, which recognized “the right to life of the unborn, … with due regard to the equal right to life of the mother,” will soon be replaced by a fundamental right to kill any unborn child whose mother demands it. We now lead those razing the remnants of a Christian civilization that treasured the weak into the sandy ground.

Editor’s note: it is not our usual policy to print an entire press release in full, but rarely have we seen one so expertly hit the mark. Our thanks to the Catholic Action League of Massachusetts and their executive director C.J. Doyle for this devastating analysis of the Irish vote to legalize abortion.

On Friday, May 25th, the citizens of the Republic of Ireland, in a national referendum, voted by a two to one majority to repeal the Eighth Amendment to the Irish Constitution, which guaranteed the right to life of unborn children in that country. The referendum only removed the constitutional protection for pre-natal life. Statutory enabling legislation will still be required to actually legalize abortion in Ireland.

The government of Prime Minister—An Taoiseach—Leo Varadkar proposes the unrestricted procurement of abortion, (abortion on demand), for the first twelve weeks of pregnancy, and effectively unrestricted abortion, with the usual loopholes for the health of the mother, for up to twenty-four weeks. If passed, it would be the one of the most permissive abortion regimes in the European Union.

As the Taoiseach, the government, and all four major political parties in the Republic—Fine Gael, Fianna Fail, Labour and Sinn Fein—support legalization, it is expected to pass in Dail Eireann, and the Seanad, by substantial majorities.

With a referendum turnout of 64.1%, 1,489,981 voters cast ballots in favor of repeal, while 723,632 voted to retain the amendment. The margin was 66.4% to 33.6%.

All four provinces and 25 out of 26 counties—Donegal was the exception—voted for repeal. In the nation’s capital city, Dublin, the repeal majority was in excess of 77%.

The Catholic Action League characterized the vote as “a portentous event, effecting civilizational change, and completing Ireland’s transition to a post-Christian society.” The League went on to say that it would result in “the killing of hundreds of thousands of innocent, pre-born children, and the persecution of those who refuse to collaborate in this monstrous evil.”

Catholic Action League Executive Director C. J. Doyle made the following comment: “On Bloody Friday, in what was both a tragedy and a crime, the people of Ireland, lead by their first ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ prime minister, voted overwhelmingly to reject the Author of Life and embrace the Father of Lies.”

“After 16 centuries, and more than 60 generations, of Catholic Faith, Christian culture, and civilized morals, the Irish people have repudiated their religion, betrayed their heritage, scorned their ancestors, and abandoned their historic identity, only to descend into barbarism.”

“One notes with irony that 96 years after the independence of the country, the Irish have, once again, conformed to the values of their former colonial masters. With the Abortion Act of 1967, the United Kingdom—with the exception of the six counties of Northern Ireland—became one of the first western European countries to legalize abortion.”

“No court or parliament is responsible for this. Ireland’s decision is unprecedented. Even in nαzι Germany, a majority never voted for mass murder. Now, nearly one and half million people will have innocent blood on their hands.”

“While foreign money, a monolithically anti-Catholic media, and the pernicious influence of globalist elites in the EU and the UN had a significant impact on the outcome, one must, squarely, place much of the blame on a corrupt, ineffectual, and disproportionately ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ Irish clergy, which discredited itself by tolerating predators in its ranks, and which offered only tepid resistance to the moral revolution which has now overtaken Ireland.”

“This vote marks the final end of Latin Christendom in the homeland of the Faith, Europe. The toxic mixture of the sɛҳuąƖ Revolution and Vatican II era Catholicism has now deconstructed, in a little over fifty years, a civilization it took nearly two millennia to create.”

Last week's Irish abortion referendum was rigged. The official result was - get this - a preposterous 22 points - yes 22 points! - out of step with the final opinion poll of the campaign (I). And that was no rogue poll - other surveys put the anti-abortion side even higher.

Canvassers in towns and villages across Ireland reported huge support for the pro-life cause on doorsteps - sometimes at rates of 100 percent (2), yet the official result recorded a majority for the abortion cause in almost every constituency, and the pro-aborts won the national vote by two to one.

Pro-life rallies in the run-up to the referendum numbered over a hundred thousand, whereas their pro-abortion counterparts mustered derisory turnouts of two or three thousand hardcore lefties and embittered cat ladies.

There was no organized opposition to the 2015 Irish SSM vote, and none of the major pro-life groups got involved in opposing it on the ground - unlike the abortion referendum. Yet bizarrely, the pro-abortion cause easily out-performed the vote for gαy 'marriage' in last week's referendum.

In keeping with the Big Rig strategy - a subspecies of the Big Lie - the Deep State rigged the abortion vote referendum on a massive scale; the theory being that, as with the Big Lie, the bigger the rig the more it stupefies the target into dazed submission - Shock and Awe administered in the psycho-political realm.

Bear in mind that the Irish vote had implications, not just for Ireland, but for Northen Ireland, the United States, Poland, Spain, Hungary, and other countries where abortion is still a burning issue. So, for both domestic and international reasons, the Deep State needed the defeat to be huge and psychologically crushing. Is anyone naive enough to believe they wouldn't rig under such exigent conditions? Seriously?

In Ireland, remember, there are no alternative media and almost no independent journalists of any kind. No one here is watching the Rothschild crooks of the government and the Alinskyite far left, so they can get away with just about anything.

Crucially Ireland also has proportionally one of the largest and most powerful Masonic networks in the world - networks that almost no one - not even the strongest Catholics - seem to be aware of. Indeed the silence in Ireland surrounding Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ is a not so paradoxical testament to its huge power and success. A secret society that is talked about, is after all, by definition, not so secret.

In 2008, the then Prime Minister of Ireland, Brian Cowen called the current Irish Prime Minister, Leo Varadkar (an openly ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ Neocon) and his party colleagues 'Freemason F..ers". Within a few months, Cowen and his government were hit by a huge bankster induced financial crisis which brought the country to its knees and destroyed Cowen's political career. The "Freemason F...ers" have held the tiller on behalf of Rothschild globalism ever since.

As for Ireland's pro-abortion left, it is dominated by criminals and terrorists. The Workers Party, a criminal terrorist Stalinist gang with strong links to British intelligence, took a leading part in the campaign, as did Ireland's mainstream left-wing party, Labour - itself dominated by ex-Workers Party stalwarts.

Pro-abortion Sinn Fein is another criminal enterprise controlled by British intelligence - as are the thuggish Trotskyist parties such as Solidarity (aka the Militant Tendency). Who in their right mind would expect any of these guys to play by the rules of democracy?

NO OPPOSITION TO GLOBALISM

The organized opposition to Rothschild globalism in Ireland does not exist - only a single issue anti-abortion movement, which cringes, Stockholm syndrome style, in the face of its Zio-leftist persecutors.

Thus, true to form, the pro-life leadership are ignoring the irrefutable evidence of huge fraud in the referendum, opting instead for their usual weedy, fatalistic response to pre-ordained "defeats"- their self-absorbed reasoning being that it's better to be rigged into oblivion than to be seen as a bad loser - or worse still, a "conspiracy theorist".

Some of the Irish pro-life leaders are genuine if tragically lacking in hardnosed street smarts, but some are Neocon gatekeepers, whose real job is to make sure no effective opposition to occult cultural Marxism emerges in Ireland. No one should be surprised therefore that these shills acquiesce in fake referendum "results"; the real mystery is why genuine pro-lifers play along.

They must know in their hearts - from their own experience canvassing - that the results are a sham, but they remain silent. Why?

BANANA REPUBLIC

To call modern Ireland a banana republic is a gross insult - to banana republics. The electoral system is rife with liberal (in both senses of the term) fraud. A University of Cork study found that 600,000 extra voting cards had been issued in the 2007 Irish general election, 488,000 in the 2016 election (3). On a good day that's enough fake votes to swing the Presidential election in America, never mind referendums in a small country like Ireland.

When queried about this huge scandal at the heart of the democratic system, an Irish government spokesman bleated that one in four voters were asked for ID at voting centers (ibid).

Codswallop of course - I know of no one who was ever asked for ID when going to vote - but even if it were true, what about the other 75 percent who don't get asked?

Needless to say, the media have consistently ignored the issue of hundreds of thousands of voting cards that belong to no one alive, and that can, therefore, be used by anyone.

Tellingly, after the official outcome of the referendum was announced, it was left to two American ex-pats to state the glaringly obvious: Patrick Lauser and his brother Josiah, who both live in Cork, said plainly that the referendum was rigged, and cited as proof the fact that pro-lifers were blatantly and arbitrarily removed from the voting register, while foreigners with no right to vote were given voting cards "out of the blue" - something the brothers themselves witnessed. (4). Many others witnessed similar shenanigans.

Alone among modern nations, Ireland consistently refuses to count votes until the day after voting has ended. Given the neurotic fixation the Irish state class has with presenting a modern high tech image to the world, this is a dead giveaway that Irish voting is systemically rigged. On the only occasions when the eyes of the world are on Ireland, its ostensible rulers choose to portray their nation as a tribe of lazy slobs, too soft and shiftless to work through one night of the year counting votes.

Of course, the real reason for this apparent malingering is that during the hours between voting and official "counting", the cabalist creatures of the night come out to play at the count centers. A video from the Irish Lisbon EU Treaty referendum of 2009 shows a guy casually LEAVING - not entering - a vote center in Cork, with a ballot box under his arm (5). No police, security or supervision of any kind, is visible in the large municipal hall. Anyone could, and probably did, do anything they liked with ballot boxes that night.

Not that one could rely on the Irish police, even if they were on the scene. In blatant contravention of the Irish constitution, which - as in most modern states - stipulates that the police must stay out of politics, the representative association for senior Irish police officers publicly declared its support for the Irish gαy marriage referendum proposal in 2015.

Given this embrace of the most radical elements of the cultural Marxist agenda on the part of the notoriously corrupt Irish cops, how can anyone seriously expect them to uphold the law against voter fraud? The phrase 'putting foxes in charge of the henhouse' doesn't begin to describe it.

Because of the culpable naivety and intellectual sloth of most Irish Catholics and social conservatives, the cabalists, and their leftist and Neocon catspaws reckon they can get away with fraud on a blatant scale that would get them chased out of town with pitchforks anywhere else.

Who's to say they're wrong? In 2O11, the pro-abortion radical leftist, Michael D Higgins "won" a landslide in the Irish presidential election, even though he had trailed by a whopping 19 points in opinion polls carried out one day before voting. What's more, the now-defunct Teletext service of the Irish state broadcaster, RTE, mysteriously announced this astonishing result while voting was still going on.

To the best of my knowledge, no one questioned this obviously fake election - an "event" that even Nicolae Ceausescu would have blushed to stage.

CONCLUSION

In truth, rigged elections and referendums are akin to a form of cabalistic black magic targetted directly at the masses. No other event can change the collective psyche of a nation so profoundly and so rapidly; not royal weddings, not coronations, not rock concerts, not blockbuster movies, not even fαℓѕє fℓαg terror attacks. As long as almost everyone believes the result of the Irish referendum, it alters not just the political reality of Ireland, but the psychic reality too: how the Irish view themselves, and how other nations view them. In short, it becomes a self-fulfilling crime of mass psychological deception.

Are we really dumb enough to believe that any deep state conspirators worth their salt would leave a psycho-cultural weapon of such magnitude in the hands of ordinary voters?

There is no need to rig voting if you can work on the young and get them (and immigrants) to vote if you offer them material benefits. The good life is their objective and having opposite views to conservative parents is quite the norm. And who is the new "establishment", the new elite? The Jєωs and their proxies. Abortion, immigration, (invasion), societal decay and depravity are their weapons, all are present in Ireland today, one plus one equals two. The only effective remedy....pogroms and expulsion.

Yes Wessex, 90% of under 30s voted yes. Indeed money was provided for air fares to yes voters outside of Irerland to get home to vote yes and then p..s off back abroad..

Here is a letter I sent to an Irish newspaper today.

Dear Editor,

Having read your article ‘Voting yes was a sin,’ may I say it was Catholic churchmen, from the silence of their pope and hierarchy in Rome and Ireland, with the exception of a few local pastorals around the country, and not the majority of people who voted for the introduction of abortion, who demonstrated the end of Catholic influence in Ireland after 1400 years. There is no doubt but that the majority of NO voters did so based on the moral issue involved, putting first the teaching of Jesus Christ, the creator of all. Alas, since Vatican II, these teachings have been so watered down, and the majority of churchmen have become so effeminate and ‘nice,’ that knowledge and obedience of God’s law has disappeared, more and more with each generation. According to Catholic teaching, having deprived God knows how many aborted human souls of their ultimate destiny by God, Catholics can now get a quick-fix for themselves by going to confession the following day. In other words, they get to go to heaven having deprived other souls of heaven.

Perhaps now believers will know what Jesus meant when He said: ‘When I return, will I find faith on Earth?’

Pogroms? I don't think the solution to anything is genocide and killing.

To add, most of this is because of the shattered faith in the Church the Irish have. Jєωs are not responsible, and neither were the Masons. The Irish episcopacy is truly rotten and brought this upon themselves. The head bishop even called for "safe and legal" abortions.

This is not an excuse for this baby killing vote- just maybe a window on the extraordinary and insidious efforts that the luciferian NWO impacts on a vulnerable 'Christian" ( or what's left of christian) society who feels (naturally) helpless at so many levels- in order to produce their globalist Christ-hating "fruit"....No one can accuse them of stupidity, that's for sure.
The numbers of muslim ( mostly Pakistani) grooming and rape gangs in the UK are reported to have assaulted and raped upwards of one million women and girls. I know that number sounds super- inflated but after some investigation it seems to be legitimate. Although the data for Ireland may be slightly different, I suspect they have been subject to the same atrocities from the zio-Soros funded mass islamic immigration meant to obliterate Christian European culture and society.
For the marginal NO Irish Catholic their pro-life bona fides ends where their daughter's rape begins. I can't help but think that much of this pro-abortion vote was reactionary based on the virtually unending sɛҳuąƖ assault of irish women. I saw a quote on another website ( Unfortunately can't verify it) that many wanted abortion to " kill the muzzie rape babies"- as awful as that sounds, I'm sure the quote is representative of what many who voted "yes" are thinking.
All in all, the zio/luciferians get a binary win. Dilute the European population with 10s' of millions of fake "refugees" and destroy the fabric of the Catholic moral code in Ireland by allowing the rape culture to instigate abortion as a macabre defense mechanism for the indigenous Catholic peoples of Ireland.
I certainly can't say that this is the primary reason for the pro-abort vote, but I can't help but think that this was an issue that strongly played into it.
