Title: Ireland and Abortion
Post by: John Grace on May 16, 2018, 07:02:51 AM
As I type I am listening to a song about Palestine and the enemies of God are at it again. When did they stop? The assault and war on Ireland is raging. I take on board my fellow Trads who won't be voting. I opposed a referendum and abortion is nefarious and should not be subject to a vote.

Keep praying for Ireland. Obviously the secular canvassing and social media is necessary but prayer and fasting is more effective. An important video. See below.

May 25th: The bloodiest day in all our history?
https://www.frontpage.org/ie/different-voice/may-25th-the-bloodiest-day-in-all-our-history/
Quote
The Yes side of this referendum is big on euphemism: ‘reproductive rights’; the ‘right to choose’ (choose what?); and the most nauseating of all – ‘abortion care’.
At the heart of the exercise is an immense evasion: the baby. It is as if the baby is a kind of cancer, to be eliminated, chopped off, expunged.

Another word for ‘euphemism’ is ‘lie’. This is a referendum of lies. Not, as we are sometimes told, lies on both sides but lies on only one side: the side that seeks the slaughter of innocents but will not come right out and say so. We are enjoined to be polite, to keep the debate ‘respectful’, to avoid ‘shock tactics’, but these injunctions invariably come from the people who are engaged in the telling of these colossal lies. ‘Shock tactics’ means the truth. Keeping the debate ‘respectful’ means avoiding mention of the truth.

This referendum is about destroying under Irish law the right-to-life of a category of human being – the most innocent, defenceless, vulnerable and voiceless category of human being. When the euphemisms, evasions, and prevarications are stripped away – the lies, that is – this is what it comes down to.

The mechanism adopted by the Government for replacing the right-to-life of the unborn child in Article 40.3.3 of the Irish Constitution with a right to annihilate that child using lethal force is to remove that article and put in its place what looks like a kind of signpost: ‘Provision may be made in law for the regulation of termination of pregnancy’.

This, too, needs translation, for it mimics in style the approach of the Government and other elements of the Yes side – concealing by a sleight-of-hand what is really going to happen.
In fact, inserting the phrase ‘Provision may be made in law for the regulation of termination of pregnancy’ appears to be a nonsense in the immediate context in which it will appear in the Constitution should this amendment – God in Your mercy forbid – be passed.  Article 40 is the first of a series of five articles that are utterly different to the other article in the Constitution. The language of these articles is quite different also: they contain words that, by and large, do not appear elsewhere in the Constitution: ‘antecedent’, ‘inalienable’, ‘imprescriptible’, ‘natural’. These words mean, respectively, more or less: ‘pre-existing’, ‘incapable of being given up’, ‘incapable of being taken away’, ‘by virtue of a natural and given condition’. These words ought to alert us to something here that is neither minor nor usual.

Just above Article 40 is a heading: ‘Fundamental Rights’.  This refers to a category of rights that is distinct and discrete in the context of the dispensations laid down by Bunreacht na hÉireann: these are rights that do not derive from human lawmaking, and therefore cannot be annulled by court, parliament or ballot box. There is a good reason for this, best understood by reference to C.S. Lewis’s observation in The Abolition of Man that, when man abolishes God, we do not end up in a situation whereby all men (all humans) become gods, but invariably with only a few men coming to dominate over the many.  This is how tyranny develops, and it is why the most fundamental rights of man require to be constructed and set down in a manner that places them out of the reach of mere men. Hence this special section of the Irish Constitution, comprising Articles 40-44, which you might call the Out of Human Reach section of the Constitution.  The right-to-life of the unborn child is one of these most fundamental rights.

By a series of evasions engineered by judges, lawyers and politicians, we are coming very close to the total abolition of this principle whereby the most fundamental rights of each one of us (the right-to-life being the most fundamental of all) will be struck down in their present form and reinvented – by men – so that they will in the future be amenable to reinterpretation and dispensation by men – by judges, politicians and, to a limited extent, under ‘guidance’ from judges and politicians, by the electorate.

And the mechanism of this amendment is precisely in line with these tendencies and trends. For in striking down the right-to-life of the unborn child, and replacing this with a provision asserting that the Oireachtas (our lawmaking institution) will ‘regulate for the termination of pregnancy’, we will be supplanting the right-to-life with a right-to-kill. Not merely that, but this right-to-kill will, by virtue of being situated within Article 40 (the first of the fundamental rights articles) will immediately assert a new fundamental right: the right to terminate pregnancies, which being translated means the right to kill babies in the womb. If this happens, it will be the first time anywhere in the world that abortion will have been deemed a ‘fundamental human right’. Not even the United States, which has had abortion for 45 years and has used it to kill about 60 million of its own citizens, has reached the stage of making abortion a fundamental human right.

And, moreover, if we do this, we will become the first people in the world to vote down the rights of a type of human person in our midst.  Is that something we will feel proud to trumpet around the world?
In this era of euphemism, I want therefore to translate the question we are to be asked on May 25th. It is, in effect a two-part question, and this is its essence:
Are you, (a) prepared to strike down, to eliminate, to annul, void and remove the right-to-life of the most innocent and defenceless human beings in our midst – the unborn children in the wombs of their mothers – so that, (b) we, your Government and Parliament, may introduce lethal force to extinguish their lives and tell the world that that is what you wanted?

Friday, May 25th will be a momentous day in the annals of Irish history. In the past 1,000 years, we have had a long and bloody journey to where we have now fetched up, with many gory days, from the Battle of Clontarf to the bombing of Omagh. But, unless we awaken before that day from the sleep of euphemism that currently grips us, Friday, May 25th may emerge as the bloodiest day in all of our history.

In a shock to no one, the exit poll from RTÉ has it at 68% yes and 38% no. The conservative Ireland that nearly prohibited divorce and banned abortion is dead.

At some point, the Irish faith in the Church and her clergy collapsed and this is the result. The days of Catholicism having any influence over any country's government and laws are largely over.

Ireland voted for the legalization of abortion.  Ugh.

At least the U.S. had nine judges force it on us.  Those Irish, no longer Catholic, are now going to became Pelagius for secular modernism.

The Ireland that *did* prohibit divorce and only finally legalised it in the late 90s by less than 1%.

Poor Ireland, dear old Ireland. This island's been infected by the wretched diseases of modernism. Its people have become mindless zombies only capable of regurgitating the liberal trite they're told by their universities and taxpayer funded state propaganda arms.

Ireland has already lost all that made it Irish. It's lost all its culture and faith. People know no values other than materialism and narcissism. And with the Ireland 2040 plans, it won't be long until the island isn't even ethnically Irish anymore. I will never forgive the kikes for what they've done to my country. Those bastards, ѕуηαgσgυє of Satan. I feel the overwhelming need to do something to fight back, but what can I do? What can any of us do? The number of Traditional Catholics worldwide these days is like a drop in an ocean of rampant degeneracy, atheism and all sorts of unspeakable evils being committed in broad daylight.

It's all so tiresome. I 'gin to grow aweary of the sun, and wish the estate o' the world were now undone. Well, at least my poor grandfather didn't have to see what happened to his beloved country. There's some solace in that thought, that although Catholics number so few these days, my ancestors going back over a thousand years were devout Catholics. Were our forefathers alive today, they would be even more horrified and angry than we are. And even in our feeble attempts at holding course, we can know that they're smiling down at us. Glad that we continue to fight the good fight despite so many falling astray. And I'll do my best to do right by them. But how?

How much more before we get to the point "when all seems lost?"

St. Patrick chased all the snakes out of Ireland but now they're back.

Will God fail to hear the rising cry of the children killed by abortion?

If the result ends up 68-32, that's the same number for 1981 Italian abortion referendum. Makes you wonder.

For the Faith in Western European nations, Ireland was the last to collapse. The Faith in Ireland also collapsed with the Church rather than having substantial areas of de-Christianization before Vatican II (like for instance, the Parisian Basin in France).

When the U.S. legalized abortion in 1973, Ireland voted 2-to-1 against its legalization in 1983. I'm not convinced that the U.S. would vote against abortion if a vote were held. Yes, some states would ban it, but not as many as some think. The reason I say that, is because young people in general, especially young women, are becoming more pro-abortion.

Inevitable result; the voting youth want the pleasures of this earth. Career women want to correct their mistakes conveniently. And of course: "you can't stop progress"!

Add the wishy-washy attitudes of so-called Christians and unconvincing statements of church hierarchies, most folk resign themselves to rendering unto Caesar and blending with society.

Didn't that already happen? It was all but banned for decades, and even now its use is heavily restricted in the Conciliar Church.

'You reap what you so' has never been more true than it is today.

Unfortunately, the Church herself spent many years sowing the seeds that have ended in the total loss of a christian moral compass in Ireland. The church used to be the moral authority in the land, but when it was exposed as being hypocritical and the source of great hurt in a lot of people's lives it lost all rights to that authority. It will take generations for that authority to be rebuilt, if it ever is.

Ireland's Revolution of Death - Do Not Call it Compassion

The Rock of Cashel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland. Tradition holds that St. Patrick converted the King of Munster here in the 5th-Century. In the following centuries, this remained the traditional seat of the Christian Kings of Munster. In 1101, the king donated the site to the Church; and the chapel which followed developed into a vast cathedral in the 13th-Century. In 1647, it was sacked by English Parliamentarian troops, who massacred both the Irish Confederate troops and the resident Catholic clergy. Today, it stands as a poignant reminder of the heights and wonders of Ireland's Catholic civilization.

UPDATE at 7pm UK Time: 12 minutes ago, the BBC has announced the fact that the pro-abortion vote has been carried by 66.4% to 33.6%. Their news is accompanied with images of exultant crowds, with cheering young women prominent amongst them. I don't know what they are cheering about. It is an evil day in Irish and world history. It only makes what follows more relevant. May God have mercy on us...

As I write this at tea-time on Saturday, counties in the Republic of Ireland are returning majority ''Yes'' votes, from the referendum on the 8th Amendment, with depressing regularity.

Although many pro-lifers seemed to concede defeat hours ago, and it seemed odd that many of the ''Yes'' voters were celebrating victory before counting even began, I have waited until now to make any comment as I have continued to hold out hope for a pro-life victory for as long as possible.

One of the more disturbing aspects of all this is to see - once again in such a struggle between the Culture of Death and the Culture of Life - so many people speaking in Orwellian sounding phrases, which attempt to empty the English and Irish languages of all rational meaning.

And so, we have the spectacle of politicians suggesting that the ''Yes'' vote is somehow a sign of ''compassion'' and ''cultural development''.

I mean seriously, have these people ever seen the brutal realities of what abortion truly is? Or the lives it destroys and those it also wrecks? Have they never heard of mortal sin, or even of post-abortion syndrome?

This is what makes the videos of people screaming to welcome ''Yes'' voters at Dublin airport, the photographs of smiling young mums voting ''Yes'' with babes in their arms, and the inane statements of so many politicians and pop stars so grimly disturbing and irrational.

To witness this is to be offended by the festering, yet sweetly sugar-coated, diabolical Hell of post-modern nihilism, in all its narcissistic violence.

This is the darkening of the intellect on a vast scale. It recalls the diabolical disorientaton, warned of by Sr. Lucia of Fatima.

I have been utterly flabbergasted by the sight of Senator David Norris, a man old enough to know better, grinning as he announces that, ''Ireland has changed. We are now firmly in the 21st Century.''

Oh, you are that, mate.

Then again, Sinn Fein's Mary Lou McDonald sounded more strangely Orwellian when she described the ''Yes'' landslide as ''a clear message of compassion and progress.''

Or how about Naomi Long's remarkable description of it as, ''a leap in the respect people have for women.''

Perhaps, though, none of these was as oddly creepy as Simon hαɾɾιs TD beginning a tweet with a smiley (!), before oozing, ''Will sleep tonight in the hope of waking up to a country that is more compassionate, more caring and more respectful.''

Really? I don't know how that fella sleeps nights. I really don't.

Look, let's say things as they really are, if the English and Irish languages are still to have any content whatsoever, in the midst of this ridiculous emptying out of meaning; which so typifies the post-modern collapse.

If you like:-

Call the ''Yes'' landslide Apostasy.

Call it a Betrayal of the Most Holy Trinity at the heart of the Irish Constitution.

Call it a kind of Blasphemy.

Call it an insult to Christ, Our Lady and the Irish saints, martyrs, missionaries and religious.

Call it cold Cold Blooded Murder.

Call it the chill embrace of the Culture of Death.

Call it Evil.

Call it False.

Call it the start of a h0Ɩ0cαųst of the Pre-Born.

Call it Collective Insanity.

Call it the ѕυιcιdє of a Nation.

Call it the Last Days of the Irish Republic.

But, do not have the temerity, the ignorance, or the downright, wretched arrogance to call it compassion, progress or respect!

No, not ever!

Some years ago, I remarked to my late friend Fr Mike Williams, may God rest his soul, that I could not understand the merry acceptance so many display when it comes to abortion. With the directness which so often typified his comments on matters of such gravity, he told me not to even try to understand it; for it is evil and one could only understand it by becoming a part of it. Best to be ignorant of such things and remain on the side of what is good.

I thought of that sound advice today when I tried to make sense of those merry makers cheering in videos as ''Yes'' majorities were announced from county after county, or perused on-line pictures of parents showing their small children collages made from ''Yes'' voting literature. In then end, I had to make the sign of the Cross and turn off the video as I observed young women screaming in adulation about the acceptance of something which will so offend God, destroy so many innocent lives, massively damage society, harden the hearts of many more men and women, and cause still other women to be used as mere playthings by the selfish lust of so many narcissistic men in these times of immaturity, non-commitment and excess.

Whilst it is clear that, as Save the 8th has charged, Google and others were denying the ''No'' vote advertising space, and we had a weird experience when our own web-security browser kept mysteriously blocking access to the Irish pro-life novena prayers, it is also difficult to know what to make of on-line discussion forum claims of older people being told they were not listed to vote, or else had ''D'' marked next to them to say they were not able to vote in the referendum, when they attended their local polling stations. I imagine that such complaints must be taken, with plenty of witnesses, to the nearest officers of the Gardai.

Again, I have to say that being a Catholic layman these days feels increasingly like being a parched and battle-weary bugler, calling in vain for reinforcements up on Custer Hill; or else as a tear-streaked Joey crying hopelessly for ''Shane'' across the desert.

I mean, for goodness' sake, when Alfie Evans was being forceably denied oxygen, fluid and nutrition, within a heavily cordoned and guarded hospital, I called out numerous times for our local Archbishop to get involved. I can't tell you how gutted I was to subsequently learn that, whilst he could not get down the road a few miles to support Alfie and his family, he had instead been over to Rome to speak about the case with Francis; and that he next managed to get the good priest who was helping the family unceremoniously booted out...

It is the same now with Francis and Ireland. One raises one's voice as best one can, only to find that Francis is ignoring the Irish landslide and tweeting safe little messages about love of God and neighbour. Well, let's make that concrete, shall we?

I've been thinking again this afternoon about the mysterious fact that, at the very moment that Our Lady appeared at Knock, on 21st August, 1879, She was facing silently towards both La Salette and Rome.

And, whilst elements of the overall La Salette apparitions dealt with prophecies of Rome, not without suppression by some authorities in the Church, Our Lady of La Salette was being officially given a Canonical Coronation on that very day. For that information, by the way, I am indebted to Gregory Johnson's series of articles on Knock at Tradition in Action.

This all seems to suggest that there is much more to the Knock apparitions than a mere feel-good, pop-culture kind of loveliness; which is how the shrine is too often presented these days... Clearly, this all needs prayerful discernment and ongoing reflection.

This is especially so, given the appearance at Knock also of the Lamb of God, St. Joseph, St. John of the Apocalypse and the angels; together with Ireland's present and tragic demise into a post-Catholic, Culture of Death. What was Our Lady really communicating to us in Her majestically, mysterious silence?

The ''Yes'' vote landslide is a massive disaster for Ireland, for the unborn, for the world and for the Catholic Church.

Whatever else that is, and whatever deeper message Our Lady was trying to convey at Knock, as at Fatima and other places, the acceptance of abortion is certainly not compassion. Neither is it progress.

I sincerely hope that the Irish bishops and priests will warn their people tomorrow that, to avoid sacrilegious communions, those who voted ''Yes'' to abortion must repent, confess and make restitution before next presenting themselves for Holy Communion.

Alas, too few did so when the ''same-sex marriage'' referendum happened almost three years ago this summer.

We must all STOP offending God and, from now on, live as real Catholics. It is time for mediocrity to cease. May God convert and forgive us all!

Catholic Ireland is Falling - May Our Lady of Knock - Save us!

LETTER TO:

Att. Fr B McKevitt, Editor of Catholic newspaper ALIVE.

Now while the iron is hot and before all the alibis are made and the excuses are formed let us consider the real reasons...........why we failed to stand up and be counted and give a firm account of our Faith?

The obvious must come first;
a pope who could not be bothered enough to have made a simple statement

an archbishop who has made a career of apologizing for the sins of the church

a primate in Armagh who writes articles for the Irish Times about the !tenderness of women'

a nuncio that reflects what the hierarchy of Ireland stands for, 'total............ 'silence'

one or two dozen priests who at most scrambled and scratched a few words of support for a misguided laity

We have as a people got rid of our culture and our language and now its time to dump our Faith,
and why not?

By our actions and declarations, we show ourselves as;

Gutless and spineless

with no leadership

no direction

no consequences

We stumbled along as each day demands for more and more money kept coming through our letterboxes so that more and more horrible posters could be stuck up on poles throughout the country, and more and more ineffectual rallies could be held, with very very little rhythm or reason.

I tried to point out in my recent article to you (Is This Priest Mad?) which you lacked the courage or guts to publish instead choosing to print your usual everyday items makes me wonder just what is or was intended
to be the primary purpose of your paper.

Like The Irish Catholic ( to which I also submitted an article and also one they had not got the Catholic courage to publish) they just danced around the referendum maypole ad infinitum each Thursday, with an endless series of articles designed to offend no one and/or inspire even less as they hit the newsagents shelves.

Did you never consider as custodians of the faith and moral wellbeing of the Catholic reader as being your primary obligation is to actually spell out what Catholicism is all about should be presented without fear or favor and so come first?

Now I doubt if you will even accept that the outcome of this appalling referendum owes a great deal to your newsletter and newspaper tragically failing in your Catholic responsibilities and as such should only be considered totally  'unfit for purpose'

Certainly, I will not be reading your 'best efforts' for a very long time.

One of my letters to Irish newspapers prior to referendum. Needless to say it was not published.

Dear editor,

Thank you for highlighting the delight of James Bond Daniel Craig and his wife actress Rachel Weisz at the news she was pregnant and had revealed they were thrilled to have a “little Human” on the way. “Daniel and I are so happy we are going to have a little human. We cannot wait to meet him or her,” your headlines reported. To see in print at this time a mother correctly refer to her conception as another human being has made me realise exactly what this government is doing when offering the people of Ireland the upcoming referendum in the hope they will abandon the 8th amendment to the Irish Constitution.
Recently, the Supreme Court ruled that nowhere else in the Irish constitution is an unborn “human being” protected. The 8thamendment is the only place where this “human right” exists, and if that is removed the unborn will have no rights under our constitution. Introducing a law that says after 12 weeks the government will offer some rights to “little humans” will, as witnessed in so many other countries, be extended to birth itself. What other consequences this loss of all rights for the unborn will have only God knows.
Were this referendum aimed at removing the different animal rights adhered to, even by law, in this country there would be riots in the streets, and rightly so. Were I to tell you animal rights have been included in the German and Swiss constitutions, and who knows but the EU may well make it compulsory here in Ireland. Imagine in a country like ours, who protect species like cormorants, toads, slugs and mussels, if this referendum gets passed, they will have more protection from the law than “little humans” up to 12 weeks and eventually up until they are born. Such thinking reminds me of the many such h0Ɩ0cαųsts of the past.

Yours sincerely,

Cassini.

TODAY'S MEDIA:

‘Nowadays, the vast majority of human beings in all countries are at the mercy of the newspapers for information about the world. And the newspapers mislead them atrociously. “Journalism,” writes G. K. Chesterton “is a false picture of the world, thrown upon a lighted screen in a darkened room so that the real world is not seen and the unreal world is seen… We live under secret government, conducted by a secret process called Publicity.”[1] (http://file:///C:/Users/JamesRedmond/Desktop/T.E.%20THE%20BOOK.doc#_ftn1)

‘A New York editor, John Swinton, during an annual dinner of the New York Press Association, declared: “There is no such thing as an independent Press in America [Europe etc.]. You know this and I know it. Not a man among you dares to utter his honest opinion. Were you to utter it, you know beforehand that it would never appear in print…The man who would be so foolish as to write his honest opinion would soon be on the streets in search of another job… these men pull the strings, and we dance. Our time, our talents our lives, our capacities are all the property of these men; we are intellectual prostitutes.”’[2] (http://file:///C:/Users/JamesRedmond/Desktop/T.E.%20THE%20BOOK.doc#_ftn2)

PS, it is reported 89% of Irish youth (18-30) voted YES to abortion. The headliners of today's Irish newspapers are delighted with this 'historic vicrory.' 'IRELAND OPENS ITS DOORS TO ABORTION' says the IRISH INDEPENDANT, leaving no doubt as to what the majority of Irish voters have said YES to.

Looks like the areas with less Norman-French, Viking, and English influence were less likely to vote for abortion and gαy marriage. I think we can say that Pope Adrian IV's bull Laudabiliter was a mistake.

Yesterday Eamon Martin, Archbishop of Armagh and Catholic Primate of All Ireland was asked on radio what this vote for abortion means to Pope Francis's visit to Ireland in August for the MEETING OF FAMILIES.

'Oh he said, the people of Ireland will still welcome him, they are still interested in what Pope Francis has to say.'

YOU COULDN'T MAKE IT UP, COULD YOU?

How ironic.

In August, the "Jєω's Pope" comes to Ireland to oversee the spiritual decimation of the country.

Everyone with eyes to see, know the ʝʊdɛօ-masonics want to eliminate the Irish race.

The Irish Catholic resistance should plan a prayer Novena for Francis's coming.

May they invoke St. Patrick and all the Irish Saints, especially the 6,247,400 souls of the Irish h0Ɩ0cαųst to intercede for us.

The intention should include that Francis be humbled, as a sign from Heaven, for his failure to protect the souls of the unborn.

The latest is Archbishop Martin saying on radio that a yes vote was a sin and any Catholic who voted yes will have to go to confession. Needless to say the media are in stitches over this.

On Friday Catholics vote yes to the future murder of countless unborn, whose souls are created by God to be with him in Heaven but now prevented from the Beatific Vision by 'Catholic' yes voters. On Saturday they can go to confession according to Martin and be good Catholics again.

Picture one of these day-after-confession yes voters at the gates of heaven when dead. 'Where do you think you are going' says the angel at the gate. 'Ah I got confession on that Saturday says the yes voter. 'Why do you think you should get in here when you have made sure with your yes vote that millions of other souls CANNOT enter heaven, ever' replies the gatekeeper.

'Now shove off.'

Heaven Unleashes an Extraordinary Attack upon the British Isles
After Once-Catholic Ireland Votes 2 to 1 to Permit Abortions

So Powerful an Attack Did Heaven Unleash upon the British Isles
That the Sky Turned Purple for Four Hours
During Which 15,000 Lightning Bolts Struck
Destroying Buildings, Setting Structures on Fire
And Flooding Residences across the British Isles
Fifty Years of the Fake Newchurch of the New Order
And Its Paedophile Crimes Turned the Irish People
Once One of the Most Catholic in the World
Against God And the True Catholic Doctrine and Morality and Mass

Just hours after the Ireland voted on May 26, 2018, 2 to 1 to amend its constitution to permit abortions, Heaven unleashed its disapproval of the gross immorality from a country that was once one of the most Catholic in the world. However, fifty years of the anti-Catholic Newchurch of the New Order and its rampant paedophile crimes have turned the Irish people away not only from the fake Newchurch, but also from the true Catholic doctrine and morality.

An extraordinary display, not before seen in the British Isles and surrounding areas, unleashed four hours of 15,000 lightning strikes, which destroyed buildings flooded residences with torrential rains and high winds. The heavenly attack went on for a full four hours, grounding aircraft flights and setting off widespread fires. [Some information for this Commentary was contributed by BBC News.]

These secular pro life groups aren't the answer.  They are mostly about fundraising and money.

A lot of money on both sides.  Most of the money and lies are coming from satanic groups outside of Ireland.

I was happy to see Donegal was prolife.  And there is Northern Ireland.  Forget about those secular groups.  It is time to restore all things in Jesus worldwide.

A pro-lifer in Dublin has said the pro-life movement as they call it  have lost the working class people in Dublin. I haven't ignored this and wonder is it the same all over Ireland. I and others did all we could in this campaign.

We began sinking roots in communities several years ago. If people feel abandoned they don't forget it. The pro-life lobby didn't forget Connemara and the islands. Mainly Irish speaking areas of Ireland. I visited Irish speaking areas where there is still common sense and a traditional way of life.

Whilst the main campaign groups were secular there were many events involving private and public prayer. I would like to see rosary rallies going through the main cities and towns of Ireland.

We are at war for certain. The only way forward I see is the guerrilla warfare approach. Small pockets of resistance. The young people who campaigned for a No are fantastic. One girl, who is eighteen has State exams soon but as she said her self saving the babies is more important.

Another girl aged 18 travelled by boat and bus on the same day to canvass for a No. Some of the boys coming up the line are fantastic too. Praise the youth. There will be compromise and betrayal in the weeks ahead but be assured I and others will not be selling out and compromise is not an option. Happy to fight to death for the Kingship of Christ and for the unborn child. When you are willing to die for the cause what can our enemies do? Yes, they will brand us the crazies, the fanatics, the extremists but we all know who the extremists are. These abortionists and their supporters.

We need to pray for those that voted Yes and in particular young people.

Fair play and well done to all volunteers who campaigned for a No vote. Our enemies will try and demoralise us and destroy us. Important to rally around and support the young pro lifers in particular and in particular the girls.

Expell the Jєωs and their migrant proxies and be done with it!  A Paki queer as Prime Minister? Is there still an Ireland?

Nothing short of a true Alhambra Decree would do, as in the times of the great Catholic monarchs Ferdinand and Isabella.

The Druids Return to Ireland (http://www.theimaginativeconservative.org/2018/05/ireland-abortion-druids-john-horvat.html)

Some now conclude that Ireland has surrendered to the secular European agenda. It has lost its Catholic identity. The progressives are now giddy with joy, proclaiming a new modern Ireland that has left behind the old.

However, there is nothing new in the present battle for the soul of Ireland. Throughout its history, the struggle for the Irish soul has always been over its Druids. Ireland only abandons the ardor of the Faith when it allows its hidden Druids to return and dominate.

What the Druids Believed

This is what has happened now. The Druid label fits perfectly on the political caste that has imposed divorce, same-sex “marriage,” and now abortion on the Emerald Isle. The diviners, charmers, priest, magicians, astrologists, and wizards of old were amazingly similar to their neo-pagan counterparts today.

The Druids’ principal doctrine supported a life without moral consequences since they believed the soul did not die but passed at death from one person to another. Although these frequenters of sacred oak groves are viewed as a priestly sect, they were quite secular. Their influence was much more social than religious since their role was mostly administrative and ceremonial. The Druids had no god of their own nor did they introduce any new divinity. They merely lived with the local gods as they were.

Finally, as a part of their duties, the Druids performed human sacrifices. It was their custom to have large wickerwork structures that were filled with people and then burned as part of their offerings to appease local divinities.

The Rise of the Neo-Druids

To those who have observed modern Ireland, these and other similarities make the Druid appear quite familiar. With the approval of abortion, modern Irish progressives are fully neo-Druids. With the killing of the unborn, they will lead the nation back to its cruel and barbarous origins. Likewise, they will be the bitterest opponents of Christianity, not to be appeased until the light of Christ is snuffed out. That is how it was in the past and is again today.

The battle for the Irish soul is over this return of the Druids. Abortion, same-sex “marriage,” and divorce are the important issues that dominate the headlines, but the core debate is the titanic clash between two opposing irreconcilable worldviews.

The Way to Fight Neo-Druids

This helps explains the devastating loss of the abortion referendum. Neo-Druids are not moved by emotional pleas for the lives of innocent unborn babies. They promote their immolation. Barbarians only think about gratifying their unbridled passions; they care little for whom they hurt. They follow their radical urges and are unimpressed by those who defend their views weakly or who are mired in mediocrity.

The only way to fight Druids is with the bold audacity that so characterized Saint Patrick, the Apostle of Ireland, and which even today molds the fiery Celtic souls of those he brought into the Church. The dark passions and superstitions of the neo-Druids must be denounced and overturned. The liberating true Faith must be presented with zeal and daring.

The Example of Saint Patrick

Indeed, such was the scene on that fateful Easter vigil in 433 when a decree went forth over the kingdom of Erin that all fires were to be extinguished until the signal fire on the Hill of Tara was lit by the Druids at the royal palace. At the opposite end of the valley, atop the Hill of Slane, Saint Patrick kindled a massive Paschal fire in defiance. The Druids implored the king to take action for they claimed the “fire will blaze forever in this land unless it be this very night extinguished.”

By God’s protection, all efforts to put out this fire or harm the missionary archbishop failed, and the saint boldly led a procession with miter and crosier, arrayed in full episcopal attire, to the Hill of Tara, where he confronted the Druids and put them to flight. The evangelization of Ireland began with this confrontation. Many of the Druids were so astonished that they requested Baptism.

What Impresses Druids

The example of Saint Patrick is full of lessons on how to deal with Druids and today’s neo-Druids. Druids are impressed by faith-filled certainty and conviction. They are intimidated by a manly courage that despises and challenges their myths and superstitions. They are marveled by ceremonial beauty. Above all, God showers His graces upon those who dare to confront the evils of the day. He blesses their actions. Such is the stuff of the legends and song that are so much a part of the poetic Irish soul.

Alas, this dramatic example was not heeded in the referendum on abortion. It was judged “prudent” that the Church play a subdued part in the debate over the taking of innocent lives. There were no dramatic challenges on the part of churchmen to denounce the promiscuous neo-Druid lifestyles that are so much a part of the abortion culture. There was no fire lit to illuminate the darkness of the postmodern wasteland that makes abortion so prevalent.

And that is why the center of the struggle for the Irish soul must always be over the return of its Druids. It is the only way Ireland will again be Catholic.

What is needed are fiery souls that will contest not just social issues, necessary for sure, but all the neo-Druid falsehoods that undermine the Faith. There must be an unapologetic proclamation of the Faith that defies the diktats of modern secular society. Ireland must implore Saint Patrick to raise new disciples who can rekindle the embers of Christianity that remain, so that the Pascal fire may yet continue to “blaze forever” on the Hill of Slane, and put the neo-Druids to flight.

This country of ours [IRELAND] is no sand bank, thrown up by some recent caprice of earth. It is an ancient land, honoured in its archives of civilization, traceable into antiquity by its piety, its valour, and its sufferings. Every great Europen race has sent its stream to the river of Irish mind. Long wars, vast organizations, subtle codes, beacon crimes, leading virtues, and self-mighty men were here. If we live influenced by wind and sun and tree, and not by the passions and deeds of the past, we are a thriftless and a hopeless people. —Thomas Davis
Happy is the one who seizes your infants
and dashes them against the rocks. — Psalm 137

On Thursday I had a strange sense that the day had the tenor of a Holy Saturday—a day lifted out of history. Except that here, history seemed to have gone into reverse: the Resurrection behind, Calvary in front. On Friday, the Irish people climbed Calvary backwards, in the name of progress.
If you would like to visit a place where the symptoms of the sickness of our time are found near their furthest limits, come to Ireland. Here you will see a civilization in freefall, seeking with every breath to deny the existence of a higher authority, a people that has now sentenced itself not to look upon the Cross of Christ lest it be haunted by His rage and sorrow.
Two out of three of those who voted—66.4 percent—said Yes to the removal of the right-to-life protection of the unborn child in the Irish Constitution. When you think of it in actual words, it is dizzying: just one in three voters—33.6 percent—wished this protection to continue. The world’s media called it a “landslide for abortion,” but before that it was a landslide for leaving the unborn child—every unborn child—defenseless against assault from outside. When you factor in the fact that roughly one in three of those entitled to vote did not do so (turnout was 64.1 percent), this unprecedented measure passed with approximately just 42.5 percent of the electorate voting for it. Only one constituency, Donegal in the Northwest, voted No, and this by a tight margin—51.87 percent for No; 48.13 percent for Yes.
For the first time in history, a nation has voted to strip the right to life from the unborn. The victims of this dreadful choice will be the most defenseless, those entirely without voice or words. This is the considered verdict of the Irish people, not—as elsewhere—an edict of the elites, imposed by parliamentary decree or judicial fiat. The Irish people are now the happy ones who dash their own children against the rocks.
Now that we have come to the end of a long and ugly battle, I can say that none of this surprises me. The tenor of the contest has been so nauseating that the deepest parts of my psyche had begun to anticipate this outcome. It was little things: the frivolity of the Yes side: “Run for Repeal”; “Spinning for Repeal”; “Walk your Dog for Repeal”; “Farmers for Yes”; “Grandparents for Repeal,” which ought to have been “Grandparents for Not Having Grandchildren.” This, like the same-sex marriage referendum in 2015, was a carnival referendum: Yessers chanting for Repeal, drinking to Repeal, grinning for the cameras as they went door-to-door on the canvass of death.
Today, Ireland dances on the graves of little children. It is a country where freedom means the right to do just about anything you please, without risk of consequences.
On the day of the vote, the media gave us a picture of our Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar, grinningly dropping his vote into a ballot box, over the headline: “All the lads in the gym are voting yes.”
It is the epitaph of the country I grew up in, the only one I had to call home, this ancient land, traceable into antiquity by its piety, its valor, and its sufferings. This fool we are obliged to call Taoiseach (Chieftain), this man without qualities—who entered the last election three short years ago as “pro-life”—has led my people into a hell beyond imagining.
On Wednesday, two days from polling day, Varadkar, with his typical disingenuousness, called for no public celebrations if the vote turned out a Yes. But Saturday evening in the yard of Dublin Castle saw thousands of citizens dancing, cavorting, weeping, screaming—as they were entertained by the musical group Voices 4 Repeal. The leader of Sinn Fein, the political wing of the now disbanded Irish Republican Army, declared: “It’s been a long time coming. This is about women’s right. We deserve to celebrate.” When Varadkar and his health minister arrived, they were greeted by chants of their Christian names.
How did we get here? The spiritual reconstruction of Ireland that took place after the Famines of the 1840s placed mothers at its center: the moral instruments by which Irish families were to be brought back to the straight and narrow. Women were placed on a pedestal, their actions or demands immune from questioning by mere men. Add two dashes of feminism and you have an unassailable cultural force, which has now attained its apotheosis. “Trust women,” one of the many fatuous Yes slogans demanded. Trust women to kill their own children?
The cancer at the heart of modern Irish culture is unbelief in anything that is not negotiable in the manner of currency. But that was the diagnosis up until last Friday. May 25 will go down as the beginning of the final stage of the disintegration: the carting of the human in Ireland from the spiritual to the material level, with the country that was once the Jєωel in the crown of European Christianity affirming that a baby is the mere chattel of her mother.
The Church, with the exception of a sprinkling of pastorals, was tactically absent. This reticence is understandable in respect of the public realm: The leveraging of antipathy towards Catholicism is a core element of the pro-abortion strategy. What was unforgivable was that this silence extended to pulpits. The Association of Catholic Priests, a kind of theo-ideological trade union, intervened to criticize a minor trend of pro-lifers delivering homilies during Masses.
For years, people abroad have teased me about the Island of Saints and Scholars, asking when we’re going to send them more monks. Usually they’re only half joking, the scale of Ireland’s disintegration being by no means fully understood beyond her shores. It falls to me to disabuse them of their romantic ideas about my country. Friday last should at least have the benefit of henceforth saving me that trouble.
In his book How the Irish Saved Civilization, Thomas Cahill writes that “the Irish, who were just learning to read and write, took up the great labor of copying all of western literature,” thus becoming the “conduits through which the Greco-Roman and ʝʊdɛօ-Christian cultures were transmitted to the tribes of Europe, newly settled amid the rubble and ruined vineyards of the civilisation they had overwhelmed.” He praises the monks “who single-handedly re-founded European civilisation.”
This is the Ireland of popular imagining. We now know it to be a legend long past its use-by date. The Irish of today are more likely to be among the looters and book-burners, the barbarians who value nothing but what is expedient. Indeed, on May 25, Ireland might be said to have put a match to one of its own most sacred texts, Bunreacht na hÉireann, the Irish Constitution, of which the fateful Article 40.3.3, which recognized “the right to life of the unborn, … with due regard to the equal right to life of the mother,” will soon be replaced by a fundamental right to kill any unborn child whose mother demands it. We now lead those razing the remnants of a Christian civilization that treasured the weak into the sandy ground.

Editor’s note: it is not our usual policy to print an entire press release in full, but rarely have we seen one so expertly hit the mark. Our thanks to the Catholic Action League of Massachusetts (http://www.catholicactionleague.org/) and their executive director C.J. Doyle for this devastating analysis of the Irish vote to legalize abortion.

On Friday, May 25th, the citizens of the Republic of Ireland, in a national referendum, voted by a two to one majority to repeal the Eighth Amendment to the Irish Constitution, which guaranteed the right to life of unborn children in that country. The referendum only removed the constitutional protection for pre-natal life. Statutory enabling legislation will still be required to actually legalize abortion in Ireland.

The government of Prime Minister—An Taoiseach—Leo Varadkar proposes the unrestricted procurement of abortion, (abortion on demand), for the first twelve weeks of pregnancy, and effectively unrestricted abortion, with the usual loopholes for the health of the mother, for up to twenty-four weeks. If passed, it would be the one of the most permissive abortion regimes in the European Union.

As the Taoiseach, the government, and all four major political parties in the Republic—Fine Gael, Fianna Fail, Labour and Sinn Fein—support legalization, it is expected to pass in Dail Eireann, and the Seanad, by substantial majorities.

With a referendum turnout of 64.1%, 1,489,981 voters cast ballots in favor of repeal, while 723,632 voted to retain the amendment. The margin was 66.4% to 33.6%.

All four provinces and 25 out of 26 counties—Donegal was the exception—voted for repeal. In the nation’s capital city, Dublin, the repeal majority was in excess of 77%.

The Catholic Action League characterized the vote as “a portentous event, effecting civilizational change, and completing Ireland’s transition to a post-Christian society.” The League went on to say that it would result in “the killing of hundreds of thousands of innocent, pre-born children, and the persecution of those who refuse to collaborate in this monstrous evil.”

Catholic Action League Executive Director C. J. Doyle made the following comment: “On Bloody Friday, in what was both a tragedy and a crime, the people of Ireland, lead by their first ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ prime minister, voted overwhelmingly to reject the Author of Life and embrace the Father of Lies.”

“After 16 centuries, and more than 60 generations, of Catholic Faith, Christian culture, and civilized morals, the Irish people have repudiated their religion, betrayed their heritage, scorned their ancestors, and abandoned their historic identity, only to descend into barbarism.”

“One notes with irony that 96 years after the independence of the country, the Irish have, once again, conformed  to the values of their former colonial masters. With the Abortion Act of 1967, the United Kingdom—with the exception of the six counties of Northern Ireland—became one of the first western European countries to legalize abortion.”

“No court or parliament is responsible for this. Ireland’s decision is unprecedented. Even in nαzι Germany, a majority never voted for mass murder. Now, nearly one and half million people will have innocent blood on their hands.”

“While foreign money, a monolithically anti-Catholic media, and the pernicious influence of globalist elites in the EU and the UN had a significant impact on the outcome, one must, squarely, place much of the blame on a corrupt, ineffectual, and disproportionately ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ Irish clergy, which discredited itself by tolerating predators in its ranks, and which offered only tepid resistance to the moral revolution which has now overtaken Ireland.”

“This vote marks the final end of Latin Christendom in the homeland of the Faith, Europe. The toxic mixture of the sɛҳuąƖ Revolution and Vatican II era Catholicism has now deconstructed, in a little over fifty years, a civilization it took nearly two millennia to create.”

“Irish Americans need to re-evaluate their traditional support for the unity of Ireland. Northern Ireland is now the only part of the British Isles where human life is fully protected. The pro-life Protestants of the North should be defended from the apostate Catholics of the Republic.”

rish Referendum Was Rigged
May 30, 2018
(https://www.henrymakow.com/upload_images/keep-ireland-abortion-free-2.jpg)(left, Public sentiment was overwhelmingly against allowing abortion.)

In any other country earth, a gaping chasm of 22 percent between opinion polls and official results would be laughed off the stage.

by Jude Duffy
(henrymakow.com)

Last week's Irish abortion referendum was rigged. The official result was - get this -  a preposterous 22 points - yes 22 points! - out of step with the final opinion poll of the campaign (I). And that was no rogue poll - other surveys put the anti-abortion side even higher.

Canvassers in towns and villages across Ireland reported huge support for the pro-life cause on doorsteps - sometimes at rates of 100 percent (2), yet the official result recorded a majority for the abortion cause in almost every constituency, and the pro-aborts won the national vote by two to one.

Pro-life rallies in the run-up to the referendum numbered over a hundred thousand, whereas their pro-abortion counterparts mustered derisory turnouts of two or three thousand hardcore lefties and embittered cat ladies.

There was no organized opposition to the 2015 Irish SSM vote, and none of the major pro-life groups got involved in opposing it on the ground - unlike the abortion referendum. Yet bizarrely, the pro-abortion cause easily out-performed the vote for gαy 'marriage' in last week's referendum.

In keeping with the Big Rig strategy - a subspecies of the Big Lie - the Deep State rigged the abortion vote referendum on a massive scale; the theory being that, as with the  Big Lie, the bigger the rig the more it stupefies the target into dazed submission - Shock and Awe administered in the psycho-political realm.

Bear in mind that the Irish vote had implications, not just for Ireland, but for Northen Ireland, the United States, Poland, Spain, Hungary, and other countries where abortion is still a burning issue. So, for both domestic and international reasons, the Deep State needed the defeat to be huge and psychologically crushing. Is anyone naive enough to believe they wouldn't rig under such exigent conditions? Seriously?

In Ireland, remember, there are no alternative media and almost no independent journalists of any kind.  No one here is watching the Rothschild crooks of the government and the Alinskyite far left, so they can get away with just about anything.

(https://www.henrymakow.com/upload_images/masons-ireland.jpeg)Crucially Ireland also has proportionally one of the largest and most powerful Masonic networks in the world - networks that almost no one - not even the strongest Catholics - seem to be aware of. Indeed the silence in Ireland surrounding Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ is a not so paradoxical testament to its huge power and success. A secret society that is talked about, is after all, by definition, not so secret.

In 2008, the then Prime Minister of Ireland, Brian Cowen called the current Irish Prime Minister, Leo Varadkar (an openly ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ Neocon) and his party colleagues 'Freemason F..ers". Within a few months, Cowen and his government were hit by a huge bankster induced financial crisis which brought the country to its knees and destroyed Cowen's political career. The "Freemason F...ers" have held the tiller on behalf of Rothschild globalism ever since.

As for Ireland's pro-abortion left, it is dominated by criminals and terrorists. The Workers Party, a criminal terrorist Stalinist gang with strong links to British intelligence, took a leading part in the campaign, as did Ireland's mainstream left-wing party, Labour - itself dominated by ex-Workers Party stalwarts.

Pro-abortion Sinn Fein is another criminal enterprise controlled by British intelligence - as are the thuggish Trotskyist parties such as Solidarity (aka the Militant Tendency). Who in their right mind would expect any of these guys to play by the rules of democracy?

NO OPPOSITION TO GLOBALISM

The organized opposition to Rothschild globalism in Ireland does not exist - only a single issue anti-abortion movement, which cringes, Stockholm syndrome style, in the face of its Zio-leftist persecutors.

Thus, true to form, the pro-life leadership are ignoring the irrefutable evidence of huge fraud in the referendum, opting instead for their usual weedy, fatalistic response to pre-ordained "defeats"- their self-absorbed reasoning being that it's better to be rigged into oblivion than to be seen as a bad loser - or worse still, a "conspiracy theorist".

Some of the Irish pro-life leaders are genuine if tragically lacking in hardnosed street smarts, but some are Neocon gatekeepers, whose real job is to make sure no effective opposition to occult cultural Marxism emerges in Ireland. No one should be surprised therefore that these shills acquiesce in fake referendum "results"; the real mystery is why genuine pro-lifers play along.

They must know in their hearts - from their own experience canvassing - that the results are a sham, but they remain silent. Why?

BANANA REPUBLIC

To call modern Ireland a banana republic is a gross insult - to banana republics. The electoral system is rife with liberal (in both senses of the term) fraud.  A University of Cork study found that 600,000 extra voting cards had been issued in the 2007 Irish general election,  488,000 in the 2016 election (3). On a good day that's enough fake votes to swing the Presidential election in America, never mind referendums in a small country like Ireland.

When queried about this huge scandal at the heart of the democratic system, an Irish government spokesman bleated that one in four voters were asked for ID at voting centers (ibid).

Codswallop of course - I know of no one who was ever asked for ID when going to vote - but even if it were true, what about the other 75 percent who don't get asked?

Needless to say, the media have consistently ignored the issue of hundreds of thousands of voting cards that belong to no one alive, and that can, therefore, be used by anyone.

(https://www.henrymakow.com/upload_images/BROTHERS.jpg)Tellingly, after the official outcome of the referendum was announced, it was left to two American ex-pats to state the glaringly obvious: Patrick Lauser and his brother Josiah, who both live in Cork, said plainly that the referendum was rigged, (https://www.independent.ie/irish-news/abortion-referendum/brothers-who-moved-to-ireland-to-live-in-a-country-without-abortion-claim-referendum-was-rigged-36949437.html) and cited as proof the fact that pro-lifers were blatantly and arbitrarily removed from the voting register, while foreigners with no right to vote were given voting cards "out of the blue" - something the brothers themselves witnessed. (4). Many others witnessed similar shenanigans.

Alone among modern nations, Ireland consistently refuses to count votes until the day after voting has ended. Given the neurotic fixation the Irish state class has with presenting a modern high tech image to the world, this is a dead giveaway that Irish voting is systemically rigged. On the only occasions when the eyes of the world are on Ireland, its ostensible rulers choose to portray their nation as a tribe of lazy slobs, too soft and shiftless to work through one night of the year counting votes.

Of course, the real reason for this apparent malingering is that during the hours between voting and official "counting", the cabalist creatures of the night come out to play at the count centers. A video from the Irish Lisbon EU Treaty referendum of 2009 shows a guy casually LEAVING - not entering - a vote center in Cork, with a ballot box under his arm (5). No police, security or supervision of any kind, is visible in the large municipal hall. Anyone could, and probably did, do anything they liked with ballot boxes that night.

Not that one could rely on the Irish police, even if they were on the scene. In blatant contravention of the Irish constitution, which - as in most modern states - stipulates that the police must stay out of politics, the representative association for senior Irish police officers publicly declared its support for the Irish gαy marriage referendum proposal in 2015.

Given this embrace of the most radical elements of the cultural Marxist agenda on the part of the notoriously corrupt Irish cops, how can anyone seriously expect them to uphold the law against voter fraud? The phrase 'putting foxes in charge of the henhouse' doesn't begin to describe it.

Because of the culpable naivety and intellectual sloth of most Irish Catholics and social conservatives, the cabalists, and their leftist and Neocon catspaws reckon they can get away with fraud on a blatant scale that would get them chased out of town with pitchforks anywhere else.

Who's to say they're wrong? In 2O11, the pro-abortion radical leftist, Michael D Higgins "won" a landslide in the Irish presidential election, even though he had trailed by a whopping 19 points in opinion polls carried out one day before voting. What's more, the now-defunct Teletext service of the Irish state broadcaster, RTE, mysteriously announced this astonishing result while voting was still going on.

To the best of my knowledge, no one questioned this obviously fake election  - an "event" that even Nicolae Ceausescu would have blushed to stage.

CONCLUSION

In truth, rigged elections and referendums are akin to a form of cabalistic black magic targetted directly at the masses. No other event can change the collective psyche of a nation so profoundly and so rapidly; not royal weddings, not coronations, not rock concerts, not blockbuster movies, not even fαℓѕє fℓαg terror attacks. As long as almost everyone believes the result of the Irish referendum, it alters not just the political reality of Ireland, but the psychic reality too: how the Irish view themselves, and how other nations view them. In short, it becomes a self-fulfilling crime of mass psychological deception.

Are we really dumb enough to believe that any deep state conspirators worth their salt would leave a psycho-cultural weapon of such magnitude in the hands of ordinary voters?

There is no need to rig voting if you can work on the young and get them (and immigrants) to vote if you offer them material benefits. The good life is their objective and having opposite views to conservative parents is quite the norm. I have also heard retired folk in the UK during the Brexit vote say that they should not be voting because the outcome should concern the young more as it will be their world. And it would seem there has been a trend in Ireland for establishments to always get their way; the Irish mind is very flexible indeed!

Yes Wessex, 90% of under 30s voted yes. Indeed money was provided for air fares to yes voters outside of Irerland to get home to vote yes and then p..s off back abroad..

Here is a letter I sent to an Irish newspaper today.

Dear Editor,

Having read your article ‘Voting yes was a sin,’ may I say it was Catholic churchmen, from the silence of their pope and hierarchy in Rome and Ireland, with the exception of a few local pastorals around the country, and not the majority of people who voted for the introduction of abortion, who demonstrated the end of Catholic influence in Ireland after 1400 years. There is no doubt but that the majority of NO voters did so based on the moral issue involved, putting first the teaching of Jesus Christ, the creator of all. Alas, since Vatican II, these teachings have been so watered down, and the majority of churchmen have become so effeminate and ‘nice,’ that knowledge and obedience of God’s law has disappeared, more and more with each generation. Others, calling themselves The Association of Catholic Priests, ‘a kind of theo-ideological trade union,’ told parish priests to keep their mouths shut, and Fr Brian D’Arcy, the media’s favourite modernist priest tells the flock not to heed God’s law but ‘follow your own conscience.’
Now, after the vote of course, Bishop Kevin Doran tells Catholics who voted YES ‘knowing and intending that abortion would be the outcome’ (are Catholics now stupid, not knowing why they voted) to go to confession where ‘compassion’ will be shown to them. According to Catholic teaching, having deprived God knows how many aborted human souls of their ultimate destiny by God, Catholics can now get a quick-fix for themselves by going to confession the following day. In other words, they get to go to heaven having deprived other souls of heaven.
Perhaps now believers will know what Jesus meant when He said: ‘When I return, will I find faith on Earth?’

To add, most of this is because of the shattered faith in the Church the Irish have. Jєωs are not responsible, and neither were the Masons. The Irish episcopacy is truly rotten and brought this upon themselves. The head bishop even called for "safe and legal" abortions. This is not an excuse for this baby killing vote- just maybe a window on the extraordinary and insidious efforts that the luciferian NWO impacts on a vulnerable 'Christian" ( or what's left of christian) society who feels (naturally) helpless at so many levels- in order to produce their globalist  Christ-hating "fruit"....No one can accuse them of stupidity, that's for sure.
The numbers of muslim ( mostly Pakistani) grooming and rape gangs in the UK are reported to have assaulted and raped upwards of one million women and girls. I know that number sounds super- inflated but after some investigation it seems to be legitimate. Although the data for Ireland may be slightly different, I suspect they have been subject to the same atrocities from the zio-Soros funded  mass islamic immigration meant to obliterate Christian European culture and society.
For the marginal  NO Irish Catholic their pro-life bona fides ends where their daughter's rape begins. I can't help but think that much of this pro-abortion vote was reactionary based on the virtually unending sɛҳuąƖ assault of irish women. I saw a quote on another website ( Unfortunately can't verify it) that many wanted abortion to " kill the muzzie rape babies"- as awful as that sounds, I'm sure the quote is representative of what many who voted "yes" are thinking.
All in all, the zio/luciferians get a binary win. Dilute the European population with 10s' of millions of fake "refugees" and destroy the fabric of the Catholic moral code in Ireland by allowing the rape culture to instigate abortion as a macabre defense mechanism for the indigenous Catholic peoples of Ireland.
I certainly can't say that this is the primary reason for the pro-abort vote, but I can't help but think that this was an issue that strongly played into it.

What the hell are you rambling on about?

A) Ireland's de-Christianization is not a thing that just happened overnight. The thing that led to this vote was 20 years in the making, when they found out about the sɛҳuąƖ abuse of priests that was going back to before V2 and the Irish episcopacy's covering up of all of it. That is one of the reasons and it is bad.

B) Ireland isn't even part of the UK anymore and hasn't been for 100 years.

C) It had nothing to do with Muslims and rape (what?!). The collapse of faith in the Irish church has nothing to do with Muslims, because this was going on before Ireland had any semblance of a Muslim population and it still doesn't. Most of Ireland's immigrants are Polish, who are to their credit, still Catholic. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_the_Republic_of_Ireland)

D) Really, there is not a Muslim invasion in Ireland. It is a very, very, very white country and will be that way for perpetuity.

Sorry if misinterpreted. I read some articles and websites that Ireland was suffering the same Islamic invasion that the rest of the UK and EU was, along with the rape gangs as in the UK, Germany and Sweden. The quote was specifically a quote re: Ireland and the abortion referendum. I didn't realize that Ireland was exempt from all of this.

Wrong. The white % in Ireland dropped by 10% in the last decade, and the percentage who are ethnically Irish has dropped by 20%. And Ireland will have 1 million more immigrants by 2040(in a country with just 4 million people right now). Also Irish cities are FULL of Muslims now, they've been flooding in the last decade.

No, the Islamification of Europe and the West is a real, actual problem. But in places like Sweden, France, Germany, Turkey, the United Kingdom.

These terrorist attacks did not just happen overnight.

I live in a city in the conservative part of Minnesota with an exploding Somali population and a councilman who has tried twice to get a moratorium (http://wjon.com/st-cloud-councilor-wants-refugee-moratorium-on-november-ballot/) on Somalis in November's election (http://wjon.com/refugee-resettlement-once-again-a-hot-topic-at-st-cloud-city-council-meeting-video/) because a lot of people do not want them in St. Cloud. I sadly live within blocks of two mosques.

The issue of Somali 'migration' is alive and well here and the Islamification of the West is indefensible, namely in Europe. Let the Gulf States - Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, etc. - take them all. They have the infrastructure, the oil money and the cultural similarities to do so.

We are digressing - let's get back to the topic, please.

I am in the process of establishing squads. A type of cadre or small units to take the abortion industry on. I wouldn't ask anybody to do anything I wouldn't do myself. Going to prison wouldn't bother me.

We have to be wary of those that would be a liability though. The work will compliment the ongoing effective pro life work. There are legal challenges ongoing and a rosary crusade launched.

Small groups around Ireland can take on the abortion industry. Taking them on and resisting are the only options.

The problem is that there is a need for the true Catholic Faith.  Sacred Heart of Jesus in every home and heart via enthronement.   God knew us before we were born.

Ireland needs a traditional Catholic based political party.

Abortion Corruption Scandal in Ireland
https://countercultureireland.wordpress.com/2018/07/11/abortion-corruption-scandal-in-ireland/

Quote
#AbortionCorruptionScandal

Join the Dots.
Cronyism between pharma industry and the Irish Government
In the midst of the CervicalCheck scandal other unsavoury details about the Government have emerged. These facts help to explain what exactly Tony O’Brien (Director General of the HSE)  was doing as a non executive Director of the Board of Evofem Devices and why Minister for Health Simon hαɾɾιs approved of this arrangement in the middle of a flu epidemic in January 2018. A peak number of people left on trolleys of 714 was reached. Mr Varadkar is quoted as having supported this unusual decision.
This begs the question: why Evofem Devices? A man named Thomas Lynch who has a lucrative career in the pharma industry is a Director of Evofem Devices. He is also the Chairman of the Dublin East Hospital Group. This company is currently awaiting the possible launch of a non hormonal contraceptive onto the market in 2019. Mr Lynch recently hit the headlines for hosting a ‘secret fundraiser’ for the Taoiseach Leo Varadkar.  It was so secretive that the attendees were only told a short while in advance of the location.  It is also apparent that his brother Peter has fundraised in the past for Fianna Fáil.

Evofem formed a strategic public/private allegiance in 2013 with WomanCare Global (WCG). Until May 2017, WCG provided sales, marketing, training and distribution of Linepharmas’s abortion pill Mifepristone in Europe and Africa. IPAS which produces an abortion device called a manual vacuum aspirator (MVA) has since joined ranks with DKT International to take over this role from WCG. IPAS founded WomenCareGlobal, a British Registered charity, in 2009. O’Brien has now landed himself in a role with links to American abortion organisations.  They appear to be intertwined.

So why is this so interesting in the lead up to an abortion referendum? Minister Simon hαɾɾιs, during a Dáil debate on the matter, pronounced that “an internal Department of Health group is examining the nature and scope of a free contraception system”. It is also obvious that if Irish hospitals are to perform abortions, equipment  and medication such as Mifepristone will be required. This immediately puts Tony O’Brien’s position with Evofem, a contraceptive Pharma company partnered with a former abortion pill distributor, under the spotlight. There’s no doubt An Taoiseach Leo Varadker and Minister Simon hαɾɾιs have questions to answer.
Speaking in the Dáil, An Taoiseach said that the Director Generals contract of employment permits him to serve on boards if there is no conflict of interest and with the consent of Mr hαɾɾιs. Surely, the conflict of interest is glaringly obvious, since the announcement was made that the government is examining the possibility of free contraception , paid by taxpayers. In addition since the vast majority of abortions, performed in the UK from 9 weeks onwards are surgical abortions, Irish hospitals would require equipment such as manual vacuum aspirators.

In the likely event that the Government would have to put these contracts out to tender, any associate of O’Brien could benefit with insider knowledge. Why else would a Minister give his imprimatur to man to take up this new position which could serve as a distraction when he should be fully focused on managing a crumbling health system? Join the dots.
Without due process, the former Fine Gael Minister for Health Dr. James Reilly appointed Tony O’Brien as the Director General of the HSE. Prior to that he was CEO of the pro abortion Irish Family Planning Association and of BreastCheck.  At the time, the Pro Life Campaign issued a press release attacking the appointment. Fine Gael and O’Brien have been preparing for abortion in this country for a very long time.

The level of influence that Thomas Lynch exerts on Leo Varadker and on Fine Gael in light of his secret fundraiser must be discussed.  It is very unusual for a former pro life person such as Mr Varadker to do a 360 degree about turn. The cronyism aspect must be obvious to other politicians but they simply want to get abortion over the line before they attack.
Was Tony O’ Brien seconded to the position of Evofem? Abortion is a very murky business but one thing is for sure, the vulture abortion industry and associates stand to make a ‘killing’ if Irish people give their permission to remove all legal protection from the unborn on the 25th May.

Simon hαɾɾιs, who is mentioned in the article and thread turned up to open a new building at a University. A few of us were waiting for him with banners. He was angry to see pro-life banners. He wouldn't answer any questions and one young woman was physically removed from the building when she attempted to ask him a question. Ironic as she was removed from the building she does her academic research in. A registered and fee paying student. It is important to turn up to events and confront these pro abortion politicians.

Most sodomites are for abortion.
And isn't Leo's man a doctor?

This is a world wide problem with greedy politicians with many conflicts of interest.

However, with abortion, these evil disturbed people want tax payer paid abortions as a human sacrifice with murder of innocent of babies.

Who needs the famine or Cromwell when Ireland has allowed satan to take over and wants to take over the world.

The problem with the Prolife movement is that there are people profiting too.  No more abortion ; no need for prolife movement.  It is becoming more secular too.  God says that He knew us in the womb.   Jesus, Jesus, Jesus.

Shouldnt prolife literature include the Word of God.

There is an ongoing legal challenge. Many so called pro lifers think it is a waste of time. I have never met the lady but she is putting up a good fight but people are up against it when they go to these courts. I am concerned they will bankrupt her. I haven't been able to go to Dublin to support her but share her updates and continue to pray for her.

As for political parties. They come and go. I never trusted this Renua Ireland. I have no interest in them and believe them to be a dead end road. I support non party/third party community candidates but this is another discussion.

On 27th May after the referendum they tweeted 'We will work hard to keep @campaignforleo to his word that abortion will be "safe, legal and Rare".  Already a compromise from this pro life party.

I continue to boycott businesses that supported the Yes to abortion campaign. Local pro life groups have lists. As a tour guide I research who is who. If visiting Ireland do know the places to avoid. Only yesterday I emailed a festival and explained why I wouldn't attend. Support the small businesses who support you.

I am in two minds about shunning family who voted Yes. My immediate family. Parents and sister voted NO as did my friends. A few cousins, who I only see at Christmas I am not sure about.

Same with some Uncles and Aunts. Most acquaintances were No voters.

You read from time to time that some people regret voting Yes but I have yet to see evidence.

I am organising a fight back with small groups in mind. Those out on the battle field anticipating thousands of reinforcements to appear on the horizon are in for a big surprise. Where are the reinforcements? They don't exist.

I can't see anything other than small groups resisting. Many are very upset since the referendum. Important to regroup and these young people coming up the line are excellent. We need to keep encouraging them though.

Important not to forget others such as the hospital porter and even the postman. Abortion has an impact on more people than you might think. Hopefully regional pro life groups are active. Joe Scheidler has a good book on tactics and strategy.

The lack of leadership in the larger pro life groups and the silence of the  pro-life politicians is disconcerting as we go forward. We must commend the unsung heroes. Many wonder will the pro-life leaders get their act together. People are wondering what to do next. There is a danger of people becoming demoralised.

I haven't met Joanna Jordan nor was I able to get to Dublin during her campaign in the courts. A few and I mean a few gave her publicity. She has announced this on Twitter where she like many communicates with the modern world. Many here in Ireland call Leinster House the 'devil's house'. Joanna took a legal challenge to abortion referendum which saved lives. She received no support from the Bishops or the large pro-life groups.

"PRAYER: All are welcome to join me in prayer outside Leinster House, Kildare St. entrance, from  6pm to 6.30 pm, Wednesday the 17th of October. God Bless Joanna"

'PRAYER: Tomorrow at 6pm Leinster House. Catholics bring a rosary beads and blessed objects on you. Receive Holy Communion worthly on the day. Other Christians, bring your bible. God Bless everyone who reads this. Joanna'

A quote here from the late Caoimhin Mac Cathmhaoil. He was an Irish republican aligned with *Republican Sinn Fein. He also stated the Irish republican movement is distributist and not socialist.

When they were trying to open a 'family planning clinic' in Galway back in the 1970s he and Deirdre Manifold and others were at the forefront against it. He had this to say.

" ‘I stand by Humanae Vitae instead of ideas imported from abroad—family planning is based on a philosophy of violence, it is anti-human and linked with abortion’."

*Republican Sinn Fein are a different organisation to the party that was led by Gerry Adams until recently.
