To prove protestants wrong who I argue with every week, I want to get the original bible and own them with it.

How much doth it cost?

If you buy a Latin Vulgate, look for a Clementine Vulgate. I made the mistake of buying what the seller called a Latin Vulgate, but it was not true. It was a new translation from the middle of the twentieth century that they called the Latin Vulgate for some reason, maybe to improve sales. I only found out about it a few months after I bought it.
