It's nigh on impossible. Either 
(a) Famous Youtubers try lead such a movement, but the big hurdle here is they rely on Youtube money as their income, jumping ship to give a new site the necessary momentum could mean they're left without an income for a long time.
or 
(b) Conservative Youtubers who have already lost their incomes to demonetisation, account deletion, etc. lead the movement. In which case regular Youtubers will avoid it like the plague for fear of being called racist.

There's a bunch of famous youtubers who have already made millions, if not hundreds of thousands. I would say they have enough money to quit outright, and the rest should have enough to maintain themselves while they find the next thing.
