I recently had to unfriend and block a woman on Facebook who posted filthy pictures of sodomites kissing.....she seems to be getting her friends to try to "friend" me, and now I don't know who I can trust when I get a friend request.

They are really going after me hard...all because I said that I believe ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity is immoral, and I REFUSE to back down, ever.

I did not go after any of them, they came to me with this fight.

I'm too old to have opinion about this, but I'd just shutdown the Facebook account and throw away the key. Problem taken care of.

Thats easy. Just delete anyone who is not a true friend or who you can't trust.

Or just close you fb account.

I never accept anyone as a "friend" on fb who I don't already know.

You shouldn't be friending people you don't actually know, or at least know who they are/where they're from (e.g. Cathinfo) anyway, even if you weren't beseiged by sodomites

I will pray for you, in the meantime new friend request must only be accepted if you know the person in real life, or they can authenticate themselves in the virtual/internet world with, say, a PM on CI here or whateveer.

I don't get people having facebook accounts. If you're single, and looking for a possible trad out there- then okay, I understand. But seems like its a big damn targeted ad system for big business- more so now than before.

I had an account before, but as soon as I saw that it caused more headaches than it was worth, I told my wife that we were done. The best darn thing I'd done in a long time! Trust me- it may seem like a big deal to close it down, my wife disagreed with me at the time, but its a good move. You don't need it IMHO.

I'm a volunteer administrator for a charity, and Facebook is one tool we use to find prospective supporters and adopters. I have to have the account; its free publicity for us and exposure, which we need. The problem is, a few of the people who donate to the charity are liberals, and the problem stems from people on THEIR friends lists, not actually the "friends". I wish I could think of a way to prevent "friends of friends" from coming to my page.

My son actually showed me this morning a way to keep everyone from seeing my friends list as well as particular things I post, so that's a start.

even fired from a job in what they posted on their facebook account.

The ideal solution, if a person truly needs a FB acct (as I do, for a charity I volunteer with) is to have TWO accounts, and keep them entirely separate. Don't even allow any overlap of friends on the friends lists.

Use one for non-offensive, boring family stuff...and use the other for the controversial stuff. And need I add, use a nom de plume?

Go through privacy settings and set everything to 'friends', rather than 'everyone' or 'friends of friends'
