    Are you OK? I heard they totally locked down Australia and are using the military to force vaccination!!

    Thank you, Josefa! We are fine. Lockdowns occur by state, not by federal govt. Even within the states, lockdowns are generally concentrated in certain areas surroung the major city.
    I know nothing about forced vacs, with or without involvement of the military.  I am supposedly high-risk (75 with health issues) and my only experience has been a phone call offering me the vax from my local GP practice which I declined, and a disagreement during a visit with a relief GP who recommended it to my husband in my presence. We put him straight.  :fryingpan:
    We moved this year from NSW to FNQ. NSW is copping the treatment at the moment and so many believe it is for their good, sadly. What's that quote about being deceived - operation of error etc. We are 3.000 kms from the hot spot of the moment, which is Sydney and surrounds.
    But please do keep up the prayers. God bless your kindness.

    • I have been thinking a lot about your question, Josefa, and while it is true that for us in our relative isolation things are fine and comfy, there are many others, in the cities, who are far from at ease. Take for example this gentle man in Perth, WA. These reports are certainly alarming. Thank God that we moved when we did. Not that we will be protected forever.

    • "They" are saying that Australia is the "beta test " for the world. I'm hearing Sydney is having terribly severe lockdowns policed by the military with thousands of dollars of fines for violations. The pictures look scary. Glad you are in the "outback".
