It is a blessing from God that Desmond is back to being a Catholic.   We are all always learning about our faith.  Our purpose on earth is to know and live God so we can serve God.

I expected this kind of gutter-thoughts from the unsaved, who automatically assume a Man can only have interest in a woman for sensual reasons.. but it isn't the case.

I always liked the company of women, true, but often devoid of romantic or sensual feelings. It is not my fault others are unable to separate the person (even including her femininity) from the woman as such.

Fist off, Man are more culpable for their actions as individuals, seeing how they have a modicuм of will power, so no, I'm not as compassionate with them.

Plus how would that work exactly? They'd think I am a sodomite lusting after them. It's not doable unless they are already your friends.

Why don't you take on a second job and give the funds to a group of trad religious women.

I already found a second job starting April 1st. I'll be working 13 hours a day then. But I'm not giving any money to anyone anyway.

Don't kid yourself. There are plenty of places these girls can go hang out if they truly don't want to be in the bars. Running to the arms of yet another random guy, a very proud one who may be Catholic but doesn't practice any part of it, isn't the answer.

What's wrong with inviting people to Mass? " Imitation of Christ" book is positive and has helped many people with their faith and morality.  

Nadir makes an excellent point wear miraculous medal and brown scapular and pray the rosary too.  Even give the person you are try to save the Miraculous Medal, brown scapular and rosary that have been blessed by a priest along with instruction cards.

There's nothing wrong with taking someone to Mass, I would like to do that. Unfortunately the only slightly acceptable Mass in my area is an indult NO Latin service. And as I said in my very I.P. the nearest SSPX chapel is 350+ km away.
Not that I honestly trust the SSPX anyway.

Thank you. It irks me that someone would even think I'd apostatise over some trollop. I may not be a Saint, but never in my life (not even when I was a-religious) I thought about ditching my principles for some earthly ephemeral gratification. It's just offensive to say.

Also, you were really hard on everyone who is trying to give you advice.

I have seen people who were really lost and turned themselves around.  Jesus even says "go and sin no more.  

Confession regularly helps a lot too.
