Good docuмentaries

I recently bought a DVD player that I want to use in an educational way. So I'm looking for docuмentary recommendations. History, art, and music in particular. I'd welcome recommendations for filmed plays and operas as well.

people post bump just so the thread does not get moved further down the list of threads to keep it at the top for selection.

That sounds like a good suggestion claudel. Thanks!

As to bump, in my head it means to 'bump' a thread up to the top by posting in it. It can also be used to call attention to someone else's thread, and perhaps a post that was unjustly ignored.

Recommend another docuмentary and I'll tell you about roflcopters.
