  • You guys aren't getting the purpose of this post. There IS a Bible verse that bans glue sniffing-- it is the one about pharmakia although I don't know where it is. And that Bible verse would apply also to Prozac . Notice that these substances are not green herbs.

  • It comes under the 5th commandment -- doing no physical harm to yourself or others.

Newsflash: we don't get all our guidance from the Bible. We're not Sola Scriptura around here. We have the Bible and Tradition, and the Church to clear things up.

  • That is correct-- in addition to the Bible we have the Tradition of The Church-- papal Bulls, Encyclicals, Briefs and the like. Not one can be found condemning MJ.

In addition to Manson, there is another MK Ultra killer who had an aversion to MJ. It is none other than OJ Simpson. Acc to Shelia Weller's book, OJ abhored the green herb. This is typical of MK Slaves as they are forbidden to partake in this gift of God.

  • In addition to Papal action there are also Councils, INQ, the Index and Church Fathers. There is no evidence what so ever from the Bible or anywhere else that MJ is proscibed.

  • Correct Mathew-- we don't get all of our guidance from the Bible but we DO when it is there. The Bible verse againt Pharmakia would definitely stand against Prozac, Ritalin(speed) and any other hard drugs.

  • What about coca?  Outlawed and marked for death by the UN in 1961...

This "war on drugs" is turning out to be a real scam.

    Watch this.

You know, most of this stuff comes from natural vegatation, created good by God, and by making it illegal, THE STATE CREATES CRIMINALS, just like when prohibition was in force in the United States (Al Capone ring any bells?).

  • Any attack on the liberty of something that can be abused (ie; drugs, guns) should be viewed as an attack on liberty in general, since ALL liberties can be abused.

  • And by liberty I do not include religious liberty obviously.  I believe that all states have the DUTY to be Catholic and to prohibit and SUPPRESS any and all public expression of false religions.

  • And to prohibit practices intrinsically evil, while REGULATING those things that are good or indifferent, yet liable to abuse.
